    Has a good range of products. But the wrist watch i bought from them stopped working within a month they fixed it almost 10 times and still it wasn't working. Finally they replaced the machine and its working fine now. So their customer service was top notch but their products were defective and i had to visit them multiple times to fix the damn thing again and again.

    Today I visited "The World of Titan" which is placed near Darbhanga Tower.After entering the showroom I found variety of Titan and Sonata watches along with other brand watches.This showroom also provides watch repair services to all the Titan,Sonata and Fastrack watches.At last I would like to say I had a great experience.

    I went to get my new Titan watch steel belt resized. What they ended up doing was exchange my belt clipper with a cheap duplicate which does not even match the color of the original belt. For no apparent reason but clearly dishonest and corrupt mentality. I am left feeling cheated and betrayed the trust of Titan and Tata. I will take it up with the company and have these guys ripped for what they did and may be doing to trusting customers in general.

    Nice showroom, good ambience, collection is good but can be improved, specially there was minimal collection in Purses not many option was available here in comparison to what I've seen in other Titan Showroom. Only Cons is that it's service; not it's for quality but for the time taken to deliver services.
