    The staff are nice and the food was good. We have stopped by there again and ate inside. Hannah was polite and the food was good. Update 11-29-2017 Using a coupon at Burger King is at as easy to upsize your drink here as it is at McDonalds.

    This Burger King was actually decent for serving your food still warm instead of cold like many of the other Burger Kings that I've visited. Okay food and okay service. The atmosphere was good because I was outside. I'm not sure about the atmosphere inside, but I assume it's okay. Long story short... It's Burger King and it's fast food prepared by teenagers. Don't over complicate things.

    Had best experience at this location. Person name Felicia as the cashier she was greeted us and welcomed as and did the order with very happy face. It was very rare at the bk location. Workers like this make a very memorable experience. Kudos to the cashier and all team. Everyone worked as a team.

    I will never return here.. the cashier and MANAGER have Terrible customer service!! They both had a attitude because my husband asked for no salt fried. He is diabetic and never gets salt on his fries. The sandwiches were thrown together and drowned in mayo. The manager on shift tossed the fries on the tray and said here's your salt removed fries and rolled her eyes at us.. smh. Terrible attitudes!!

    We stopped by here three times coming and going to Michigan Adventure (2-day pass). The first stop was on our way back to our hotel in Grand Rapids. I just wanted to order fries and drinks to snack on because we didn't eat much at the park. We ended up stopping by twice more a couple of days later for our day two of Michigan Adventure. The first stop we ordered a few fries and drinks. My wife got a Cole, kids got Dr. Pepper, and Orange Fanta. I was wanting root bear or something different, maybe cherry or vanilla, and asked what I they had. She said they have Coke products. I said okay, and asked what they had again. She said they carry Coke products. I can't remember if I tried to order a root beer and was told they didn't have that or were out. Maybe I never asked specifically. I asked what drinks they had one more time and didn't get a response. I said I'll just another Coke and drove around. Once we got our order we got three drinks, nothing for me. Fine, no big deal. I got impatient and wasn't clear so kind of my fault. I didn't ask for another Coke and left. Two days later we stop by on our way to Michigan Adventure. I try to order some fries and a few drinks before we go to the park. They tell me their machine is down for at least an hour and can't get our drinks. I said that's fine, we'll just go somewhere else (Wendy's down the road). I wasn't mad or anything, actually felt bad it was 11 AM and they had no machine for the lunch crowd. We stopped by one more time after leaving Michigan Adventure. I wanted to use their bathroom and order drinks and fries (I really like Burger King fries). I joked before we got there and said I wonder how Burger King's not going to serve me a Coke today. Well, this was a new one, and unexpected. We pulled into the parking spot and a man nearby was getting into his truck. He said they're not open. He didn't know why, just the doors were locked. We didn't try the drive thru and just left. The food wasn't bad or anything and the staff wasn't bad either. We had a miscommunication that first visit but no big deal. But the second day they were having all sorts of trouble. I do love those Burger King fries. Last thing, look out for the hellasious pothole when pulling into their parking lot. Yikes!

    Tried to buy a gift card before getting lunch, but the cashier who came to help me said she wasn't sure how to do them. Okay, fine, I'm a cashier myself and still have trouble with gift cards, it happens. But when I asked if she could have someone else do it, she didn't even ask anyone, just told me she didn't think anyone there knew how to ring them up. Since the gift card was my goal, I decided to go somewhere else for lunch.

    Location appeared to be relatively new. Building was very clean and well kept. Service was good and no complaints on the food either.

    Came through a few days ago, very friendly staff. Food was fresh but tasted very off. Almost like it was cooked with old oil? Not super sure but I couldn’t finish my food because of the weird taste.

    Rudest Customer Service I've EVER experienced! 😡 Called the Manager and found out WHY this restaurant sucks so badly--she was worse than the NEW Employee! Never again 😒 and we used to frequent this restaurant ALOT. Never have I been so 🤷 rudely treated. Avoid at all costs!! Reporting to Corporate.

    At this Burger King all of the staff were very rude. They did not tell me to “have a good day.” The cashier who took my order “Kayleena” was very rude and gave me attitude. My whopper Jr had HAIR on it when I received it. The hair was black/brown and I have blonde hair, the hair was present as soon as I opened the package. I am highly disappointed and will not recommend this location to anyone, but will tell people not to go there.

    I was served an Impossible whopper that should have been only used as a hockey puck. Completely hard and dehydrated. Whoever sent that out of the kitchen like that should be embarrassed and ashamed. Wasted $7 on a GARBAGE sandwich. I boycotted BK for 7 years over bad service looks like we’re officially over. Bye Felicia. Do better.
