😠 I have to say I started off really enjoying OT but that all changed when I broke my toe and tried to place a hold on my account until it healed. They made it almost impossible to put on hold (had to go in to your original store that you signed up at. But I had moved and it was too far away) I decide... People often mention cancel, fitness,

I have to say I started off really enjoying OT but that all changed when I broke my toe and tried to place a hold on my account until it healed. They made it almost impossible to put on hold (had to go in to your original store that you signed up at. But I had moved and it was too far away) I decided to cancel it and then sign up at my local OT to make it easier. Needless to say they still charged me and kept charging me and every time I called they said they would take care of it. At this point I’m going to have to cancel my credit card for them to stop charging it. It’s been so unprofessional and so frustrating and it’s like they don’t care.

Finished my first class as a visitor with Coach Elly. What a fun studio! Everyone was so friendly, the music was high energy, and people were joking and smiling during class. A great example of what OrangeTheory can be at its best with camaraderie and a team focused on getting stronger while having fun together.

All of the coaches are amazing! Each one of them, in their own unique style, challenges me to do my best. The equipment is by far the best I've ever used than any other gym. I love the way they acknowledge personal achievements. As a regular client of the Arlington Highlands location, I feel valued by the way I am greeted as soon as I walk thru the doors and by the appreciation events, I love their charitable contributions as well! They are an all around "feel good" group!

Took my first class at this location and signed up for a membership here. Everyone I interacted with was really nice and helpful - especially the girls at the front desk! I’m looking forward to continuing to take classes here and try out all the instructors!

I love this workout! I love this gym! The coaches are amazing. If you haven't tried group fitness, you should try this first. I am a physician and all I do all day long in my office is talk about the importance of diet and exercise to prevent diabetes, control blood pressure, and improve cholesterol, all in an effort to improve cardiovascular fitness and reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes in my patients. I cannot say enough about how OTF can help anyone who needs a little extra positive motivation and help to achieve their fitness goals, and improve their overall cardiovascular health

Fun, great work outs. Front desk receptionist De’Vonte is a jerk. He is rude and kills the whole experience. If you want to cancel they will still charge you for another month no matter what day you cancel. It’s in the contract so beware.

Ever feel like not working out? Sometimes I do-I remind myself just show to the Arlington highlands orange theory fitness. The coaches are great to explain what we will be doing and also how to help have the best work out. I have been a member for almost 3 years now and it is the one fitness regimen other than tennis that I have continued. The coaches, staff, and members are like a family and help with accountability and more. Your first class is free-what are you waiting for? Try it.

Great group fitness designed workouts that can challenge your best athletes yet be modified to meet each individuals needs as a beginner, injury, aging, etc. Love being able to track my heart rate so I know how to reach my own personal potential.

Coaches and front desk support me unconditionally in coming to workouts regularly, in my health and maintaining an attractive fit body. I couldn't do it without them. If you need motivation, social support, and workouts professionally designed to take the brain work out of it, this location is it.

I love Orangetheory, I've been a member for years. I just haven't had time recently and need to cancel my membership bc I'm wasting money by not going. I wanted to change to a drop in fee or set of drop in classes. They have made it so difficult to cancel its amazing. I have to go in in person even though the north Arlington location said the form could easily be emailed. I'm really disappointed in this level of customer service from a company I had much admiration for. Side note, my husband said they made him get a note from a doctor to cancel his membership 👀😕... Buyer beware.
