I had been having a bad morning. Woke up late for work. I pull up to the drive through speaker and the nice lady who took my order was so cheerful and helpful it was contagious. By the end of my order my mood had completely changed! She was very helpful and sweet and helped me pick out drinks that would continue my good mood through the day (they are so delicious!) and when I get up to the window to pay my drinks we’re already made and waiting for me and the nice man had a huge smile on his face continuing the wonderful atmosphere they have. He double checked my order and made sure to make me feel like my order mattered. 10/10 will be coming here instead of Starbucks! I don’t think Starbucks has EVER treated me with the kindness that Dunkin’ did.

So disappointed!! I ordered online and was told when I got there that they didn't have most of what I ordered. They had no filled donuts and no blueberry cake donuts. In the picture is the sad looking replacements I got. Not only do they look awful they were cold and somewhat hard like if they were day old. The crullers tasted absolutely disgusting and one of them look to be dirty!🤢 as did the sour cream donut and the cake donut. For $12 a dozen these are the worst donuts I've ever had!! I'll continue getting my $5.99 per dozen donuts from Kroger, they have more variety and they taste way better. Really mad I actually paid for this trash!!

The worlds best Dunkin donuts! At least that’s what JON tells me every time I pull up to the drive-through at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Green Oaks and I 20 in Arlington. Several times a week I go to this Dunkin to get coffee in the morning. I always know when Jon is working because when you pull up to the drive-through he says “Welcome to the worlds best Dunkin’ Donuts how can I help you!” Yes their coffee is great but what makes this the worlds greatest Duncan? It’s Jon…. He is what makes this the worlds greatest Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve never seen Jon in a bad mood even if he is you can’t tell he’s always friendly courteous and happy! He appreciates his customers and appreciates his job. Jon is just happy with his life and it reflects well on the store. Yes there’s tons of people out there with great attitudes and there’s some out there with not so great attitudes, but what makes Jon truly stand out….. it’s just that Statement you don’t see him you just know you are at the right place. Please say hi to Jon for me when you pull up to the drive-through and you know you’ve arrived at the worlds best Dunkin’ Donuts! Thank you Jon for making each morning a good morning and making Arlington proud to have the worlds best Dunkin’ Donuts!

This location is so slow even though they have plenty of workers. The workers always hide in the back and come out whenever they feel like it and at their own pace. I always place mobile orders and their never ready, I try to pick my order in the drive through and they don't even respond to you so you drive up to the window. After about 5 minutes they will attend you and tell you to pull around and wait another 5 minutes. Pick up the pace.👎

The food was ok. But I want to be able to eat my food and drink my coffee. I came here and it wasn't busy, yet it took the 30 minutes for two lattes.

Ordered 1 dozen donuts online. Got my donuts and pulled into a parking spot to check them. To my surprise they didn't match what I had ordered. Whenever I went through the drive through again to tell them what had happened I was told there was nothing they could do. I simply asked what I had ordered and they refused to replace my order. They told me to call some 1800 number to get a refund. Manager was very rude to me as well

The black manager or i dont know if she is even a manager should not be there. She told me if i could get out of the drive thru line because it was raising her drive thru time. There was literally NOBODY behind me in line. First of all i didnt know their menu and was trying to decide on what to get since they did not have what I wanted. She had an attitude the whole time she helped out. Even made the gentlemen help us out instead. If corporate cares so much about the drive thru time they should put a sign that says “order quick or leave” simple as that. PS the coffee was garbage and so was the dragonfruit drink. The dragonfruit drink tasted worst then CoolAid. Not worth the price

My daughter and I bought single dip lemon custard cones. The cones were very stale, ruining the treat. I tried several times to call the store, but no one ever answers. The phone just rings until heir answering machine picks up each. I've left messages asking for someone to call me back. No one ever did.

I ordered from their Baskin Robbins inside 2x off doordash and both times I was told they can't make my order because they are out of ice cream. So y'all don't have any ice cream of any kind. Lazy... Remove yourself from doordash wasted my money didn't even get a full refund and spent 29$ they only refunded me 5$

This Dunkin can never get my order right. All i ask for is a simple iced coffee with one cream and one flavor shot. And always is wrong. Last week i ordered the cookie butter cold brew and got a different one. I didn’t even try to ask for it to be fixed because they always make it wrong. Manager even tried to help me before to fix the issues but still is not right that drinks aren’t made how you order them

This person names Amy was extremely rude and lazy. She left me waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes then saying it took so long cause the coffee was being made. Then I got a lukewarm cup of coffee... I asked her if it took so long why wasn't it hot? So then she took it back and microwaved it until it was too hot to drink and I burned my mouth. I told her this and then she yelled at me took it back and proceeded to have a terrible attitude. I went inside and asked to speak to a manager to which they said she wasn't there. I'll be reporting it later because thanks to her my mouth has burns

staff is nice but inexperienced and slow and i totally get it i was slow at work for about two months, however, whenever i come to this location my order is always wrong. i get the cookie butter cold brew and three snacking bacons and the other locations seem to get it right just fine, this location however gave me plain random bacon… and $10 for a small cold brew because of toppings??? this is ridiculous i’m sorry and at the other locations i pay $7 and it comes out way better. i always leave this location feeling sad and scammed and taken advantage of. and the manager knows it. be better

I always get in drive thru line and end up getting out of line after waiting for so long and just end up going across the street to Starbucks. The staff is very slow The drinks are mediocre and the wait time is ridiculous. If you choose to go inside forget about it, that is not an option they intentionally lock you out and ignore you at the door...so they can only tend to drive through. Not great service at all do not recommend go anywhere else but here!
