Serenity is so awesome! Serenity was so kind and professional, I just had to ask her name to mention in my review because you don’t come across genuinely kind people like that everyday. I came today for a chai tea latte and I had to be a klutz and somehow spilled over half on my way out the door. I felt so bad and apologized profusely and a very kind gentleman that also worked here helped me clean my mess. I hate I didn’t get his name as well to mention because he was also very kind but the main point of this review is not about my clumsiness. Serenity made my order and before I spilled it, I tasted it and it was really great! Well I did get a new drink and it was really good too! I’ve had food and drinks here other times as well and the atmosphere it great. This is a bigger cafe with ample seating. I would say this location is comfortable and inviting. Thank you to all the awesome people at this location.

I happily frequent this location for work as all the staff are friendly, kind and very welcoming! My drinks are always consistent and they are quick with orders.

The Starbucks in Arlington highlands is Absolutely Amazing, the staff is Wonderful kind I really enjoy going there Rickie is great Adam is great the whole staff is GREAT , I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service Sadly good customer service is hard to find nowadays THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE!!!

Went to a bring Fido pup friendly website it suggested this place and when I got there with my leashed pup said he wasn’t allowed only service animals it didn’t that anywhere went to cold stone next door had an amazing time they made him a special doggie bowl whip cream and waffle cone bits

I mean, it's Starbucks very friendly every time I walk in.... Coffee is made very quickly in and out fast

I don't think I have ever actually reviewed a Starbucks before and I literally go all the time. I chose this one because I was on the way to a meeting and needed to work for 30 minutes, it was a 4 star on yelp, which is hard to get. Most other locations have a 2-3.5 mostly on the lower end. Def 5 star, cold brew was made exactly to my liking and ham and cheese croissant was perfectly crispy, it's been years since I've had that lol. Yet, I still order. Have been before (never ordered food from this location before today). Will return.
