Andrew was a LIFESAVER! After the aloft across the street overbooked and did not have a place for us to sleep at 10 pm, we were sent over the Fairfield and greeted outside by the assistant GM (Andrew). He was so pleasant and positive and completely turned around our trip after a long day of driving and activities. Our room was clean and spacious and just what we needed. The free breakfast was a great bonus since we left early the next morning. Will absolutely be back next we are in town.

The hotel was nice just watch your credit card statements. We were charged an extra $50 for incidentals. It’s been 2 weeks now and we are still waiting on the refund. I called the hotel and was told that my card had been credited the day of checkout but we still have not received anything.

Great customer service and nice rooms! Breakfast was ok but I was disappointed to see them using plastic silverware and foam plates - not very sustainable. Not sure why they don't have real plates and cutlery.

We stayed here May30-June 2, 2023 The customer service was amazing! A young lady named Alexis I believe helped my mother and I take our belongings to a room that would accommodate my mother with her disability. They were all so willing to help and made sure to always greet you when you walked in the door which made it feel so much more inviting and welcoming to stay there. The elevators were a great size for my mother to maneuver around in easily as well as the room in her wheelchair. And the beds were very comfortable. Thank you all for such a great stay at the Fairfield Inn in Arlington!

Beautiful spacious rooms. Breakfast selection could be much better. Perfect location, hotel was clean and staff was helpful.

Great service, great breakfast. However there need to be more towels in the rooms. Us and other guests discussed lack of towels.
