Stayed for special occasion on a Tuesday in one of the king spa rooms. $195! The restaurant and bar were closed, which was not disclosed in any apps or website. No free cancelations. Room not very clean. Neither was the spa. Black mold and other surface areas. Very dusty lamps. Obviously, not cleaned and sanitized. Very disappointed!

My initial thought was that the hotel lobby was beautiful. However, the rooms do not match with the hotel’s s lobby/conference room look. The rooms are not updated and the cleanliness is not up to par. Stains, cracks, smells and rough carpet. You have to request for housekeeping if not, your room won’t get cleaned. Which explains a lot. The first room I had : smelled like cigarette, the shower was cracked, the toilet was leaking and there was ashes of cigarette on the couch. Some of the locks in the rooms are “home made” and therefore don’t feel safe. The second room was decent. Overall, the rooms are outdated and not as clean as they should be. The staff was very nice. The gift shop was nice and not expensive. They do not serve breakfast or have a restaurant available during the week which is a big inconvenience as they have dining area. I would not stay here again.

Absolute the worst hotel experience ever! How does this have 4 star overall review here is mind blowing. I was charged twice at the bar in which they refused to give refund stating it was a hold and would go away (it didn't, had to dispute through bank). Restaurant and bar employees lacked menu knowledge and experience. I back to my hotel 2am with AC not working properly, the person working front desk was incompetent and could not get the keys to work to move me to another room. Absolutely crazy! Ended up having to go to another hotel at 3 am. Of course they didn't give refund and had to dispute that aswell. This hotel is nice, just lacks qualified owner, manger and employees to run the place. Do NOT stay here!

Rooms need a bit of a upgrade. The mirror almost feel on me as I walked out of the bathroom and shattered. Asked me what I was doing in there. I Laughed and said using the bathroom. I also mentioned the sprinkler was half way in the wall and not stick out as it should. Told them I was sure it was a safety issue. He said it was fine 🤔. The place is not horrible but I can't give it 5 stars because I didn't feel safe or even if they cared. Plus they charged the card for the room and I deposit as expected, but the day of check out charged the card again a separate time from the final amount. So I had Two charge on my card for a significant amount. This was not expected and took days to get corrected.

Great location and the rooms are a nice size. Not sure how old the property is but the fixtures are worn. The only thing I don't like is the smoke smell, cigarette and other. It lingers in the carpet.

FYI - There is no spa. I really liked my jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi tub was huge! The only issue was the water kept draining and I kept having to refill the tub (waste of water). The tub kept draining even though I had the stopper in it. Because of that the jacuzzi jets would spray into my face essentially making me feel like I was drowning. So, I had to soak in the tub without them on. Still a great room though.

To start. Stains on bed sheets. Room keys did not work, also my taillights on my truck along with two others were stolen while my vehicle was packed directly in front of the front door. Front desk laughed when I told her what had happen. Refused to contact the manager or show the police the cameras. People do not care about their customers. Uber driver warned us that we shouldn't stay at this hotel when he dropped us off. Stay away.

0 of of 10. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel especially for $250.00 a night! When you drive in the view is very nice and the lobby would make you think that its not a half bad hotel. However, walking to my room was horrifying. Half eaten food on the floor in the hallway. I checked into room 127 and it smelled like pee. The room had several roaches on the floor and was not vacuumed and the sheet and pillow cases had stains. I requested a new room. So then I checked into room 115. The smell was better but again bugs on the floor, and dirty linens. I had to buy sheets and blankets to sleep with for the night... The tub was cracked and feel like water was underneath crack because the floor was squishy. I took pictures of all of this. Not luxury at all. More like a roach motel.

Don't get me wrong. I have been to worse. Smells funky. Towels were rough. I was too afraid of going under the covers. I luckily brought my own blankets. I only stayed for a night ...it was last minute hotel. It kind of reminded me of, "The Shining" my daughter was finding random things there. A balloon came into our room out of nowhere. And we asked for extra blankets and got none.

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. Great place to stay, clean and comfortable rooms. I happened to be here on a Saturday night and they even had a night club and DJ in the bar. Definitely worth checking out.

Family ended up here on a last-minute trip to Arlington after refusing to stay at 3 other hotels in the area due to the other hotels being absolute dumps compared to this one for the same price. Cons: No breakfast despite having a full restaurant in the hotel Staff seemed shorthanded Carpet in corridor to pull stinks Pros: A LOT cleaner and safer than many other hotels in the area, especially for the price Game room for kids Nice pool with covered cabanas & lots of seating Rooms had fridge, microwave, coffee pot, flat screen TV w lots of cable channels, plenty of towels Overall, this hotel does have some areas of improvement. However, we were very pleasantly surprised with our stay. To note, this hotel is BIG with several conference rooms, 2 spacious lobbies although downstairs bar and upstairs restaurant do not seem to be in use. We enjoyed our stay and would give this hotel another try.

They didn't check the coffee pot while cleaning and left an old used coffee bag in it. My wife almost cut her foot by the bathtub because the transition strip is coming up. We let hotel staff know about it so hopefully maintenance will fix it.

Wonderful customer service, bed was very comfortable, room was nice and clean with a fridge, sink, and coffee pot plus a pull out sofa. We went for a concert at Globe Life Field, and it was a short and easy drive to get there. Highly recommend!

Pretty disappointed overall. We were passing by and called to see if they had any rooms available. I was answered with a quick “we don’t have any” and hung up on. My wife checked on Expedia and they showed rooms available so she booked it. Room was decently clean, but didn’t feel clean enough to us to walk barefoot. There was coffee in the big breakfast area, but no breakfast. Doubt we will visit again.

Don't do it!!! You'll regret it! The first room (320) I checked Into had feces in the toilet and the whole floor smelt like weed. They moved to 115 and when I pulled the sheets back there was hair all over the sheets and stains. The remote was missing, the phone didn't work, the desk lamp didn't work and the corner lamp didn't work. I asked the girl at the front desk to provide me with new sheets and I had to go back to the front desk at 1am because she had forgotten about it!!! Nastiest 3.5 star hotel I've ever stayed at. By far the worst experience I've ever had with hotwire.com.

Every site I looked at it was priced at 79.95 and when I got there it was 95 for the room ended up paying 120 for the room. There was no free breakfast as mentioned in all ads. Room was comfortable. Was quite decent overall. Just wish I could had got it for what I seen the room for...

Rooms were small and old feeling... not what I expected with as nice as the lobby looked... vintage granduer.. restaurant only open Friday and Saturday nights, no breakfast, no closet no luggage rack to put suitcase on, no working phone in room. Snack bar/gift shop had fairly ample choices and a variety of foods and toiletries and such plus souvenirs... Restaurant has outdoor patio seating/dining area, wheelchair accessible ramp into lobby, desk staff were more than courteous and helpful. Not bad at all... Rooms just need updating badly.

My stay at Lux Hotel & Spa was nothing short of a dream come true. This hotel embodies the very essence of luxury, and I left with memories that will last a lifetime. If you're searching for an unforgettable experience, look no further. This is not just a hotel; it's a destination in itself. I can't wait to return to this oasis of pure indulgence. It's an ideal choice for romantic getaways, special occasions, or anyone craving the pinnacle of luxury and relaxation. The staff at Lux Hotel & Spa redefine the meaning of hospitality. They anticipated my every need, from the seamless check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay. Their warm smiles and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction left an indelible mark.

I have attended an event at Lux Hotel and Spa Trademark Collection by Wyndham from September 2 -4. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. All restrooms were cleaned. Hotel smelled good. They have very spacious ballrooms and very beautiful banquet rooms. Outside the banquet hall is a huge place with a bar that adds up to the convenience.  We had a pool party on Sunday 09/04. There were lots of covered areas for sitting to avoid Texas heat while enjoying your food and beverages. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your future stay and event.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! The deluxe suite with jacuzzi was spacious and very nice. Very clean. Front desk ladies were very nice. I will definitely be back. Hopefully next time I will try and go to the restarting and club. Heard it was nice.

I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms are dirty and falling apart. The ac unit literally fell on the floor. Our room definitely wasn't cleaned properly. The front lobby looks nice but our room was not, especially for the price we paid. I would have left if it wasn't for a non refundable purchase and only one night. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

No advertised breakfast, no shuttle service even though there were clearly 3 vans in the parking lot. Stayed 2 nights for a concert at Globe Life Field. They're rated 3 star hotel. Disappointed and overpriced for what you get. I didn't see any services that indicated this is a "spa" hotel. The shower was rebuilt with a high step down and slippery. The bathroom door across the whole bottom was rotted. Perhaps from water? Evening reception person needs a class in Customer Service. And housekeeping staff loitering at the counter while guest waiting behind them to check out

So from the pictures online and reviews seemed like a decent hotel! We pulled up it was nice. Went in checked in room was decent could use some updates but all in all not the worst ever. Went to the spa to have my nails and toes done which was amazing. During that time my husband had dinner in the restaurant which the food was amazing. Staff of restaurant were nice. Fast forward to the next morning no breakfast which was kinda sad but no big deal. Went out to our truck and someone had hit it on the drivers side and even STOLE the entire tailgate. After working with GM he was so much help and went above and beyond to help us in this matter. Wish more business owners were this helpful when bad things happen at their properties.

Hotel is basically a dump. The room was not clean: stains on the bedsheets, bottle caps from beer still on the floor, floor was wet, etc etc. The hotel smelled terrible. The entire hotel smelled like funky mildew that they tried to cover up with some horrible scent (my 8 year old son said it smelled worse than dog pee). Customer service was poor as well. Also no cribs available - something available in most hotels these days. The only good things about this hotel was how close it was to Rangers Stadium/Six Flags and the room layout - with bunk beds for the kids in a side room.

Average hotel, but best choice for price and location. Note that as of December 2022 the breakfast option is a grab-and-go bag with a pastry and fruit next to a coffee and juice station. They have dinner and drinks on premises at night. Otherwise food options are at least a mile away.

I love the Lux hotel so much that I think I am going to get a job there. I'm so serious because if I could be there everyday with such always professional and always pleasant people like the staff at the Lux is EVERY SINGLE TIME I've stayed there without fail..... I would be HONORED to the work and earn a living with them everyday no doubt indeed! This is my most favorite hotel EVER forever!.... 🥰

When you view the hotel online it looks decent. Putting the word "Spa" in the name of the hotel really makes it seem legit. HECK NO ! As soon as you walk in the whole lobby smells like sewer, you could see the look on other people's faces as if they fell for the same thing that they saw online. The room was horribly disgusting, the bed sheets were unwashed and had hair on there, lipstick stains on the pillow cases, carpet was saturated with moisture of who knows what, the room had a tacky old powder smell that was used to cover up the smell in every room because other purple complained about it too. DO NOT fall for the images you see online. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. It is the most sketchiest suspicious hotel I have ever been to ! Needless to say we booked another hotel immediately.

Room is sub par. The lobby smells terrible. The hallways smell awful. The tv is extremely out dated and small. The room was fairly clean. Gift shop was well stocked. Not overly impressed with the hotel, needs some modern updating.

One of the GMs reached out to me about my two star rating and refunded me partially for my stay due to my experience. I told him I wouldnt remove my review without seeing changes made to the hotel experience as this is still my honest opinion. At least someone reached out to me but I hope that they make changes that will benefit them and the guest experience as it is a really nice looking hotel. I didn't change any details below. 10/3/22. The hotel room had some stains on the furniture and I ended up having to kill a huge cockroach the morning we left. We had expected to spend the day going to the spa and getting in the pool later at night, and getting food at the restaurant, what we didnt realize was they only open the spa and restaurant on the weekend and Friday evening, and the pool is closed past 9 PM. I also found on their website only afterwards that they stopped serving breakfast "due to covid" and still havent brought it back? To top it off, I was hoping to waste some time if all else fails at the Game room they offer, only to realize none of their games are free to play with the hotel rooms. I give the hotel two stars because despite those flaws, the staff were very friendly and not rude at all, and the lobby areas did look nice but that held no real importance to me. I don't believe I'd come back and I wouldn't want to come out on a weekend if they can't hold the same qualities and amenities for those who stay the week days.
