The absolute best doctors and staff one could ever ask for. I’ve been a client at BSAC for over a decade. They’ve cared for four of my fur babies over the years, and have become like family. Dr. Norris and Dr. D are innovative, kind, and incredibly caring. The staff are amazing - Supportive, understanding, and have hearts of gold. I trust them completely, and they’ve shown me so much kindness over the years. We love BSAC!

Our Chihuahua had to get dental surgery to get several teeth removed after he cracked them trying to jump them off of the couch and accidentally slipping. What could have been a stressful and expensive process, was so incredibly easy and affordable thanks to Dr. Dykstra and her amazing team. Thanks to them, our little Toy had a successful surgery and was back at it and playfully happy in only a day after the operation. Needless to say he’s a Chihuahua and not easy to deal with, but somehow they got it done quick and for a very fair price! All of the staff here are FANTASTIC to say the least, and always have a cheerful and happy demeanor. Especially considering what I realize can be an often sad environment with the things they have to deal with. We also had our Rottie mix get shots and a yearly checkup today. My apologies, I can’t remember the name of the Doctor who saw him today, but he was very nice, thoughtful, and insightful when it came to giving me advice for calorie intake and other healthy tips. Again, it was a very cheap price for the service you receive and we will definitely be coming back here from now on. Well done Bridge Street, thanks for all you do!

The nicest vet clinic I have been too. The staff is fabulous from the bubbly, sweet receptionist, to the experienced, kind vet tech, to the passionate and knowledgeable doctor himself. They treated my rescue cat, Peppa, who ended up having a skin infection, quickly and gently. I felt relieved seeing my cat was at ease and being handled with care. I expected such a nice looking place (inside and out), with wonderful reviews, would be pretty pricey. But it was not. Very reasonable, I think. I am so glad to have found this vet, because not only do I like the staff, it is much closer to where I moved. I will be switching all 5 of my pets here.

We love everything about Bridge Street Animal Clinic! We use them for vet services, grooming and boarding. Our dog is always well taken care of and the personal service is refreshing! I have been with BSAC since my early 20s, which means over 15 years now. Time flies. They have seen me and my beloved pets (Sweet Potato, Sodapop, Kitty Hawk, and Archie) through the highs and lows, from adoption and adding a new member to the family, to saying our last goodbye. They have provided me love, kindness, and support. In particular, when I was going through brain surgery and radiation while simultaneously having my boxer going through chemotherapy, there is just no way I would have made it through without them. I live in north Fort Worth but will always come to East Fort Worth because I trust and love the people here so much. Thank you to Dr. Norris and EVERYONE here for being such an integral part of my life over the years. You are a blessing and an absolute treasure to me.

Dr. Norris and his staff have been apart of our family for over a decade. We boarded our first family dog there quite often and now they provide care for our two rambunctious golden doodles. Highly recommend this small, family operated clinic over a big box one.

I love this clinic. My fur son Slinky hates for anyone to touch him to get his nails clipped. Bringing him in this environment has made me feel confident and comfortable to know that my dog is in good hands. I have taken my dog to different places to get his nails clipped and he would fight the person to the point they tell me that they are not able to clip his nails but my trusted vet handled the job like a pro. 10 out of 10, on top of that the staff is loving and caring for your pets like they are their own.

Top notch vet with decades of experience and a huge network of other professionals to collaborate with. Dedicated to the animals he treats and conscious of pet owners sometimes limited income for pet care. Highly recommend.

This is the absolute best vet!!! I’ve been bringing all my pets here for years now and I wouldn’t wanna take them anywhere else. It’s never difficult to schedule an appointment, they always return phone calls promptly, and everyone here is just always so helpful and kind. I know that I can always trust Doc and the rest of the team at Bridge Street to take care of my babies.

Dr. Norris and the team are great! They communicate well, keep you in the loop, and take great care of our pup. On top of that the building is clean and nice to visit, highly recommended.

We had to move our pet care, and Bridge Street was convenient. They took our girls in with no problems and have been great. This is just a wonderful group of people. While they don't offer pet insurance, which I was accustomed to, they do have a groomer on site, and that is really important to us.

Excellent, caring staff, convenient appointments, very fair pricing. I love this Clinic for my cats and dogs!

Dr. Norris and his wonderful staff have taken care of my dogs (Izzy and Auggie) for 10 years. Dr. Norris is very knowledgeable and loves my dogs. He’s always available to answer my questions. Everyone is so warm and helpful. We are treated like family. They have a wonderful groomer who does a fabulous job. I can’t say enough good things about BSAC. I highly recommend them!
