We booked in for 5 nights in June 2022, stayed for 3 of those and that was a night too many. Firstly - the owner had CLOSED THE PLACE DOWN for 6 weeks, failed to advise us and had a caretaker in place. We found that out only after we had tried to contact her because the dvd player wouldn't work and spoke to him instead who said he couldn't help with anything electronic/electric. He was just there to answer the phone. So, no dvd watching or listening to cd's. Internet connnection through the supplied tv was non existent so free to air tv only. The place smelled atrocious requiring us to leave the front door open for fresh air, bugs and spiders etc. Three was an odious smell from the fridge. Missing flyscreen on the one window you could open - and oh yeah - that was gaffa taped shut - which didn't stop the bugs, spiders etc. The mattress is in serious need of replacing as it was saggy/sunken. After 3 nights we were barely walking. Same situation with the 2 seater lounge seat. Even after putting 4 pillows on that couch, you still couldn't sit upright. The foam is worn out and needs replacing. The 2 outdoor wrought iron chairs were bare of cushions/ padded seating. You had to sit on the iron rods. We had to request to borrow a broom to sweep the floor as it wasn't provided. Lighting in the bathroom was very, very dim. We told the caretaker we were leaving and why. He told us to email the owner. We told him we left a 2 page list on the table for her. Now - 5 days after leaving, we have not had either a response or an apology from the owner. Would not recommend staying here. Very run down.

This was the perfect getaway! We stayed in the luxury spa cottage enjoying the seclusion and the natural beauty that surrounded us. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a brief getaway. Mobile reception was minimal and Wi-Fi was intermittent, but for us, this was perfect. The cottages are located close to town, but out just far enough to experience the sights and sounds of the bush. All in all, a lovely stay.

Our actual stay here was very nice, beautiful setting amongst the tree's. But, I think matenance is a problem, our main windows was taped all the way round with masking tape ☹ also although clean and towels were nice and white we can't say that for the bedding. Looking very grey.

This place seemed very good on pictures, but was quite the opposite in real life. We stayed for 3 nights and are leaving today (thank god). The drive to get to our cabin was HORRIBLE (especially at night) and our parking was even worse as the bushes were overgrown. The beds were uncomfortable and one of the beds upstairs had unwashed stains on it!! The couch had a smelt like puke and we refused to sit on it without blankets covering the smell. “Limited wifi”, more like ZERO wifi at all. Overall the place is run down and needs a good clean. The only thing l would say is good is the location near the waterfall but other than that, wouldn’t recommend.

We recently stayed here and can only compliment the place! It was a lovely location just out of town. We had a lovey spa retreat overlooking the lake and it was just beautiful. While there was no wifi or phone reception, this made the stay more enjoyable, as we were able to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. The waterfalls over the road were just lovely to walk to and explore as well. The place was just perfect for this. Thank you so much!!!

Superb location. The setting is pretty magical. Nice, clean and comfy. The water is sooooo soft to shower in and who needs Internet when you have bird song from daylight to dark TV never went in once. The Margaret River is right there as well which was pretty special. Well worth the stay.

The area is perfect for couples. The outing will help in mending your relationship. It's a cottage with everything inside like kitchen, living room, queen bed, bathroom, internet, etc. The area is located in the bush and hilly place of Margaret River area but nearest to most major known tourist areas. In short it has what I was looking for a vacation.

Room is clean with fresh linen etc. But showing signs of needing a refresh and our bathroom drain had a massive hairball just sitting under the grate. The photos on the website didn't truly reflect what you get when you arrive. T.V. tiny, very slow or at times no internet. Some nice features but I feel, I wouldn't rave about or recommend this place. We stayed in a studio room, maybe we would feel different in one of the different rooms. Overall not bad, just average, good enough for somewhere to put your head down at night and head out each day.

Room was slightly smaller than anticipated but good enough. Photos are from Kevill road waterfall which is a hop, skip and a jump away from the cottages. It was really nice exploring the rock pool just watch your step!
