My first choice in Jewellers. They are so helpful and take the time to meet your needs. One of the few shops who actually have a working jeweller on site a few days each week for repairs.

I went here to ask about watch repairs (the watch belongs to the partner of a friend). After 2 previous stops, the staff were kind(?) enough to point out that the repairs would cost a lot more than just buying a replacement (cheap-arse) watch ⌚️ 😂🤣😅

I needed to get my watch dried out so I thought 'go back to where you bought it' and I am so glad I did... Being a single penniless pauper pensioner these days is NO JOKE. It's so hard to make financial ends meet that jewellery is something I no longer think about but the beautiful staff fixed my watch, cleaned another and put a battery in a third - functional watches I bought at Salvos so that now when I am voluntarily doing dishes @THE COMMERCIAL CLUB in Symmons Street Bunbury I can take off my good watch and tuck it away and still wear a functional watch. Aaand do you know what, the girls at Mazims were so happy n kind n caring to me that I told them about a pair of earrings I had broken and they said, "Oh yes, we can fix them. Bring 'em in and our Jeweller will have a look for you!" Nothing is too much trouble for MAZIM'S staff. Awesome service and very friendly staff. Had a ball picking my daughters pandora present and charms to go with it. Even though I got there near on closing time they did not pressure me to hurry as we looked through numerous trays of trinkets. All in all a lot of fun in the store.
