Very dangerous place my child got hurt while playing with a wooden ladder which had some nails kept open for kids. He was bleeding very badly and we had to rush him to the Hospital, the management gave a reply that it never happened in 2 years and said it was the mistake of 3 year old kid. The ladder was there even after the incident. It was a nightmare for us. The place should be shut down by the mani square authorities for such carelessness and inhuman attitude. This could lead to the death of any child.

Very nice place for small birthday parties or for kids gatherings. Situated on the top floor of Mani Square Mall, this place has much to offer for the young kids be it an indoor playground or foods. Even the parents and adults can enjoy lip smacking food while watching their kids play. Very well mannered and well behaved and polite staff members and manager. He explained to me so nicely why Manchurian and chilli chicken had less chilli. Small menu so that you can eat everything from the menu and best part is that kids friendly menu. The kids really enjoyed and tattoo art was a great way to turn their mood into party vibes. Overall much recommended place for small parties. I hope they will extend if they can to have more space.

had an amazing time at simbaa playzone!! the food is amazing and proper for kids with little spice.. the play area was great and there were people assigned to look after the kids as well.. overall a perfect place for small get togethers and birthday parties.

My kid enjoyed to his heart's content and that is what important for me. We went there at around 2.30 pm, luckily we had the entire place by ourselves. The management was very nice and we'll behaved and the best part is for the parents there are ample of place to sit and relax.

i came down from germany for a long visit to kolkata with my family and found a wonderful place like simbaa for my children (4 years & 2+). the lovely ladies who take care of the children and make parents shopping tour easier, are excellent host's. they are loving, caring and extremely organized. my children are always showered with love and nice goodie's when done playing. the food is awesome there, budget friendly and perfect for the kids. i highly recommend this place for any child and parent who is looking for an extraordinary experience all together!!

They truly deserve more than 5 stars... We had an excellent gathering of 50 people there and the hospitality was beyond my expectations on my daughters birthday... 1. They treated every guest coming in with greate care from welcoming to serving drinks or starters. 2. They were always around to help each of our guests. They even served coffee without any extra cost when it was not included in the menu. 3. Play area is the best for kids. Most importantly, maintaining hygiene was superb, they took care of the kids as well. So that, people can enjoy the gathering. 4. Arranging table for cutting birthday cake to packing return gifts - every small thing was proactively handled with great care. 5. Food were also very tasty. 6. They deserve the price and appreciation

The place is spacious for a gathering of 20+ people...the interior and decor of the place is so attractive and kids friendly.. They serve food too as they have seating arrangement for parents.. The main ride is only attraction...rest ok but no attendant present to look after the child...

This is one of the best play zone areas near saltlake and the overall set up is completely kids and toddlers friendly with all safety measures. Most importantly they have a seating area and cafe for guardians. Babycare staff are very caring and they constantly keep an eye on them.

Staff needs to learn how to behave with the customer. This was the second time when I faced harassment from their staff while I was with my wife. They were forcing me to accept that I had paid for half an hour in spite of paying for 1 hour. I paid through cash and they didn't keep any proper record of payment and came over us as if we were fraud or cheats. Very unexpected and extremely rude behaviour from the staff. Please avoid this place as much as possible there are many other indoor play areas for small kids which are far better than Simmba Mani Square in terms of services and attitude towards customers. I would strongly suggest other to visit other indoor play areas in malls like Acropolis, Quest etc.

It's been a great experience to have my daughter's birthday here,thanks to Shraboniji and her supporting staff for recovery of lost Gold ring,the food and playing are is very nice and decor of the party area is top of the class.Thank you SIMBAA to make my daughter's birthday memorable.

What a great place to party!!! My kid and all her friends had a blast. And all the adults were at comfort with great food options and such a warm atmosphere. The staffs are really cooperative with every lady from the greeting counter, to the ones preparing food to the ones serving. Not a moment of hesitation or delay in any service request. Tamal and Amit are great organisers . It’s a big YAY for this place for kids party!!!!!

We all enjoyed a lot at Simbaa. Things like games, slides, ball pit, trampoline were good for my two kids. The food was delicious. The buffet zone was little small, could have been bit more spacious. Overall lovely experience 👍
