Must visit to learn more about the heritage and history of Parsi in India. No amount of writing is enough to describe the richness and holiness of Udvada, unless you make a trip.

Opened on all days except Tuesdays between 9 am to 5 Pm. Entry is free and there would be no staff to take you through the museum. Neither is any audio tours available. The Parsis came to India to avoid religious persecution in their own land and mixed with us like Sugar in water. This wonderful community has remained isolated and this museum is surely a good initiative to know about. The history is well documented but to read through all the writings will take w whole day. Wish there was an Audio visual guide to learn and love faster in our fast paced world. There is also a shop to pick momentos which was left unattended. The entire area is almost out of a picture book with large old bungalows. Do drive around especially the area beside the fire temple where you will feel in a different country altogether. Do not miss the Irani bakery to carry of taste back with you.

We had visited there on a working day , It is located in the middle of a villege but many of the villegers that we asked were not aware about this place. This is a goverment museum and entry is free. This place is very peaceful and very informative about parsi history and Zoroastrianism. We realised that their contribution to our country is priceless compared to their microscopic population. Must visit place

I see full history of Zoroastrian Community. No need of any entry tickets, only write your details in entry register.

A historical narration of the Zoroastrian community arriving in India, given in detail that is neither lengthy, nor concise. A place worth visiting, once you know how to get there. The shop selling curios is also a big attraction here. Loved it.

Parsi culture heritage to be known for Non Parsi communities. Parsis don't allow any Non Parsi people in their Agiyary Or Fire Temple so only museum is the way to learn or know about Parsi culture

A beautiful location and a very calm place to visit. But the museum needs some maintenance and proper electricity for functioning well, as when we visited there was no electricity in the premises so couldn’t watch many of the slide show and antique statues. Otherwise the overall location and surroundings is very beautiful.

Zoroastrian Museum & Information Centre located in the quaint little town of Udwada, is a treasure trove of information about the illustrious Zoroastrian Community.. Though miniscule in number the history of the Zoroastrians, their advent, culture & adaptation to Indian Society is wonderfully categorised & depicted in this less known but well organised museum. A must visit. Time worth spent.

This is a very less known, but a beautiful and informative collection of the Zoroastrian history and culture. The place is small but precise, also well maintained and not at all crowdy. Really loved the place. It was one of the best places I visited in the entire trip.

This was our first visit to the museum., being a Parsi myself.. learnt a lot about the snippets of our great history which were very well laid out. To enhance one’s experience need to introduce audio guided tours & museum markers to commence tours for the uninitiated or new visitors. Overall an excellent compilation. Great Job!

Its a museum with mainly photos and lot of written text explaining detaila of Parsi community. They have added many audio video systems where in each tv has some video playing giving details of various parsi things. It has few artificats as well. There is a shop inside where few parsi souvenirs and some parsi clothes are available. It is recommended only for people with interest to read. Others wont find it that interesting as nearly 80% of things are text and photos which one need to read. Its small museum but lot of information is there to understand how zorastranism started, how it came to india, whats in their religion, what they eat, wear belief etc. Their major religious activity, how is marriage done etc etc. The location is beautiful just next to the beach.

More of a information center rather than museum. Not many things to see. The eternal flame is allowed to see by PARASI people only i.e. in fire temple. A demo is there in the museum.

This is a museum that looks back at Parsi history. It's a very basic, two room museum mostly containing pictorial depictions. This place is a must visit for people who are really interested in knowing lesser known facts about Parsi history. No ticket charges, a very secluded place that doesn't get much visitors. We were the only people there when we visited the place.

Great place for non parsis to learn about different facets and history of Zoroastrianism. Nice souvenir shop and good washroom facility as well. Best to go in afternoon when it's empty.

It was nice to get to know abt one of the oldest religion but now left with the least count of followers. Also the Museum informs abt the Journey of Parsi’s to Indian Coast, their culture, practices and great personalities who contributed to Indian industrial, defence and science development.
