It's a quiet place with a lot of potentials for lively evening hang out. You can also watch football but the TV is about 21 inches or so. Until those potentials are harnessed, the 2 star remains.

A coming up hotel in a place like Damaturu where hotel business is not hype. Acceptable services but the air conditioners needs maintenance and the refrigerator in my room was very unkempt. I can't consume anything kept inside it.

Very big rooms, no complimentary bfast. Great customer service (not so comfortable that all the staff were males though, I guess it's a Northern thing.) They were quite helpful. I enjoyed my stay

It's ok with good environment. Clean. Rooms are massive. The cat fish pepper soup is great and pretty affordable. But the mattresses are not really comfortable, most depresses unevenly, perhaps with broken under-support. No wifi though which is pretty poor.

The facilities within is standard, stand-by gen set available and provides alternative source of power with utmost promptness which is rare with Hotels in Damaturu.

Zadiahbis an hotel located in Damaturu, with lovely rooms.

Apart from the spacious rooms at the hotel; could be a track or pitch the room, all other facilities were poor. Rooms were not attended to in a timely fashion, the kitchen or restaurant operated as it liked and when it liked, receptionist was the only light at an average performance. It was also very isolated and considering the terrain i would recommend this hotel at all.

What is working for Zadiah is their location and their hospitality. They need to work on their rooms.

The rooms are very big but the facilities in the rooms are non functional. I paid N11,500 for a room with a non functional AC. The taps in the toilets are all leaking water on the ground in the toilets. The TV in the room is not working. The beds are too small for the rooms. There is enough parking spaces and good security.

Poor rooms, the turn on the generator by 6pm and turn it off by 7am. The rooms are not properly maintained as the place smells of cigarette and shisha even after the so called cleaners have cleaned the rooms. Worse experience staying in the place
