I visited green trends today for my haircut. Mr Raju did an amazing job in providing the best hair cut. I loved my haircut and the way he did his job was amazing. I would definitely recommend him for haircut services.

Service is good and ambience is nice. Maintenance is also well done but I have 2 problems with my phone experience. From the menu that was given to me, I have asked for a certain facial package but the people there want to insist on pushing me to a higher package. It’s like people don’t know what they want. And why would you have it on menu if it’s not good. Second problem I have is a major one. I don’t know what’s the difference between “Advance haircut” and “normal haircut”. No information during the service at all. After reaching home and checking the bill they charged for advance haircut. I didn’t even ask for any specific style also. Not sure why they charged like that. And there were 3 of us who took so I ended up overpaying by Rs. 420 factoring in Rs140 for each. And they push people to open phone and give review there itself which isn’t good.

Every time I have gone in to get a facial I feel like Im pampered, respected and my concerns treated with diligence and care. I love all the staff who go beyond the call of duty to give the best facial with all the pampering from the minute you enter their office. A very sweet young lady Monica is prompt in greeting and offering you a drink of water. Each step is explained and all my questions get the attention it needs which leaves me very motivated and excited about returning back to Green trends each time. If you haven’t had a facial and want one with a group of highly dedicated and well-trained staff I encourage you to give this place a call and enjoy!!!

I had done a bridal facial which was suggested and very well done by Upender from Nacharam branch. He was well aware of every single part of the process and was gentle and patient in helping me. He also gave us a nice shave and beard styling.
