Power was not there for 6-8 hours and the generator was not working. ACs don't work and you'll find all sorts of insects, cockroaches and lizards inside the villa. The caretaker enters the villa as per his wish and the owner turns a deaf ear once you give these reviews post your stay. Forest ridge has better villas, you can skip this one.

Large but they only allow limited people. Pool was clean. Property was clean but leaking taps, not working toilets etc. Good for weekend getaways for families and friends

Truly a vanam. All sorts of insects are there inside the villa. Monkeys pay you a visit once in a while.

Nice place to enjoy...this is 3 BHK villa with well maintained swimming pool and rooms...Mr Dev guided me very well in booking ...Good TV and blooth speaker available .Drawback: No wifi, poor mobile networks , No restaurant inside , No water rides or theme park ..Suitable for family get together and batcheolar get together

Villas are not properly maintained. There was no power supply for about four hours when we stayed. Self cooking or bring from outside. No complementary soap or shampoo. However, swimming pool is good.
