I recently visited this clinic as I have sensitive teeth and had a chipped tooth due to internal decay which was not visible to the naked eye. My mom visited this place for a general eye check up and below are my observations. 1. After registration (for the first time consulting which is 250 Rupees) you will be asked to wait on the second floor and there the patient's eyes will be examined 2. Post examination you will be asked to wait on the third floor where the doctors are stationed. 3. This is where it takes a lot of time. 4. Doctors seem experienced and there are no complaints there. 5. Parking is available for four wheelers but it's limited as you can see in the pictures. 6. There is an in-house optics shop, If you plan to get prescription glasses I would recommend buying somewhere else as the prices of frames and optics there are a bit higher compared with other shops.

I have been recommended to this practice by a friend and visited the practice regarding my crooked teeth. I am very impressed with the world class covid safety measures. The dentist explained to me very clearly all the options after checking my teeth thoroughly. I chose for trendy aligners ( invisible braces) .I had to get my teeth cleaned and cavities filled before scanning appointment. My appointment for teeth scanning has been booked. I approached Epic Smiles Dental for straightening my teeth and closing large gap between my front teeth .I was offered aligners .3D scanning was done and aligners were given to me after a few days . Service was excellent even during the challenging Covid times .My gap between front teeth is closed and my smile looks great now. I had my tooth scaling done here. The procedure lasted for about half an hour. They did gave me anesthesia as I had to get my teeth get deep cleaned. So far the treatment was worth it.

Worst experience we had there.... My father does not have cataract... But in maxivision doctor has confirmed cataract for my father without even dilating the pupil and advised surgery... But when we went to other hospital for second opinion it's confirmed that my doesn't have cataract at all... Not even early changes of cataract....plz Don't depend on this hospital... I want to keep my review simple and short My mom had a cataract surgery at maxi vision with Mr. Dr. Timmasarthi Sada Siva Rao. Because of the medical negligence that lead to detachment of retina, which led to Vitrectomy (Retina surgery) by Dr. P Muralidhar Rao which was successful to some extent but because of no proper advise post medical instructions it led to blurred vision that lead to glaucoma. Patients trust them more than a god not sure who gave the right to play with patients life. when my mom diagnosed by glaucoma I contacted Dr. Anil Kumar Bathula he thinks he is such a smart person or he might have seen this kind of medical negligence cases in his life time during his professon he wont care about patient no accountability and least bothered from their end but they pretend they care about their patients and wash their hands. Mr. Dr. Timmasarthi Sada Siva Rao said he will reivew and get back to me on the same day he blocked my number. Dr. Anil Kumar Bathula played a nice game. One thing to all the above doctors with respect if you really done mistake (medical negligence) god will punish at some point of time then there will be a moment you will realize for how many patients you ruined their health. My kind request to patients be careful and cautious.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth, the staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. I had problem with recurrent ulceration due to wisdom teeth, which was eased by smoothening the sharp edges on them and also i had calculus and stained teeth. Just want to say few words of communication of maxivision I had taken a pair of spectacle for my mother the courteous and motivation I got from the opticals was awesome. Wish you keep the same ahead as well.

No temperature check at the entrance and no proper sanitisation of equipments. So please make sure to ask them to sanitise the equipments in front of u. When I went one person was having cold and they are not sanitizing anything after every checkup. So everyone pls be careful

Be prepared to wait atleast for 2 hours. They don't care about regular checkup they care only on surgeries.

Iam really happy to see the place very much. They are really taking care of a patient. All these days I didn't went to dental hospital because of covid19 fear. Now after seeing the clinic iam really happy. The way they are sanitating the patient and using gloves and covers for 👣 and cap for hair. They are keeping the clinic very neetly. And the doctor and the staff are also very friendly. I spoke to them about my problem and they listened to me very patiently, and gave me a good medication and advice also.

No concept of social distancing here...they huddle up all patients in a small lobby and make them wait endlessly.. a sureshot place to catch covid.

Not happy with service. Long wait and no transparency in the q system. Better they have token system and display the number, that way ppl will get to know which token is on going. Right now not sure what is happening with Q, they just say orally that some number of files are there in front of you. Always push patient to go for lunch and come back. Took 4 hours for basic checkup, not sure how many days they take for surgery.

Poor protocols

Very bad service. Wrong power is given. Maxvision does not have proper opterimist who can analyst the eye sight. Bogus fellows. Fraudesters. First of all, do you have qualified optometrist? Because, they dont give proper prescription and put + for - and vice versa and for that i have to run around the clinic couple of time wasting my time. The supervisor says we have given prescription for lenses but the optometrist did not give and there is no way to prove it. Does any one has time to repeatedly run around a clinic and optical shop like this spending a couple of days to get glasses? And also wasting couple if thousands of rupees?

Never go for testing here 13 days back ..Full of mistakes. Opthometricians are just dumb. My daughter sight was measured as 0.5 believing on this we made spects, but my daughter complained as blur vision i checked with other hospital, they gave -1 i took 2nd opinion with another opthometric and found -1 is correct. We went to back Maxivision and asked them but they tried to grope on us arguing their results are right and problem is with my daughter . FULL FARCE HOSPITAL. We had a similar incident with my sister-in-law in Himayatnagar hyderabad . They told the sight is not good and she will lose her vision. NEVER BELIEVE MAXIVISION..FULL PHALTOO MEASUREMENTS.
