I went the other day to have breakfast and I found a fly in the Musabah. Not a fly that just fell in. It was apparent that it has been there for a while. I told them about it and the manager came with a poor apology saying it's the weather now and flies are everywhere that fly traps can't catch all of them. Their way of compensation was to delete the affected dish from the bill which they mentioned three different times like it's the biggest deal to do. I'm disappointed in the customer service overall and I don't think I'm ever going there again.
