Electricity kept on going can’t do any work as it is dark There isn’t any water in washrooms and lift wasn’t working had to climb all the way up with my old parents. this all in a day, this hotel spoiled my day

Only one of our rooms was ready at the time of our arrival. (2:30 pm) They upgraded our room as a complement. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, it smells a bit dusty. No lunch or dinner buffets. However, room service and dine-in service is available at their restaurant. Food and service were good!

Spots noticed on the room carpets. Door access given to another guest. Breakfast is simple Rooms have a good space overall and are well noise isolated.

Nice clean and tidy The service is great and the hotel is close to the corniche I highly recommend it

Wonderful place.Staff is professional and helpful. Rooms are big, clean with a working AC. Indoor pool, sauna and a fitness center. The food is tasty and there are plenty of varieties to choose from. I would personally rate this hotel 10/10.

Very nice place to stay in Dammam. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything is sanitized. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with variety of options. 10 out of 10 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

The cold water supply is unbearably hot and proximity access card was deactivated without notifying the customer first. Otherwise good location and reception

Very bad service , every order from housekeeping or room service take more than 45min to 1 hour. Food less than 2 stars Hygiene regular Zero comunication And the surprise was : THEY STEALS 2 nivea shower gel and 1 Dove shampoo AND AFTER I VISIT THEM AFTER MY CHECK OUT , that i forgot these items and 100% i forgot. THE ANSWER WAS AFTER 1 hour waiting calls between the housekeeping crew that nothing of these items are available in the toilet. So where should disappear 3 Bottle ( nivea and dove) Bad and shame for this zero management

Super clean and the room was fabulous. Very kind, helpful and courteous staff. I only needed a good night's rest away from my Job atmosphere and I got that. Beds are Super comfortable. Will be back.

Nice ambience, but facilities are lacking...plus TV only has Arabic channels. The service in the restaurant wasn't very good, as some staff can't even speak English.

A convenient hotel near to lots of local restaurants and places of interest

We did not book a room here yet; but we tried their breakfast buffet for twice now and it means it's that good and we probably going back again many times... at a discounted price of 39sr @cobone, it toppled our best buffet breakfast at Wyndham Hotel! The food and the servings are great compared to all the Dammam breakfast buffets we've been and it's just really value for money! Highly recommend and it's even a 4 star apart-hotel!

Hotel layout is decent, rooms are nice and have basic coffee facilities, desk staff were very friendly and helpful

It's really wonderful Hotel to stay in. I had the most beautiful memories there. Reception clerk are great. They are ready kind and they provide great services. I actually recommend this hotel Also the have a nice view 🪟.

I'll review it based on the breakfast that we had; and it is so amazing. Food selection are few but then again, all are cooked fresh... coffee station is good, their breads are fresh, juices, cheeses and cold cuts are all scrumptious so we'll definitely come back for sure. Total value for money!

The location is nice. The staff were very helpful. Clean and neat, but you can say that's it's old and needs maintenance (carpet and furniture). The gym was pathetic and nothing like the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Just enjoyed an awesome stay with my family… Clean, comfortable… Breakfast buffet was delicious in many varieties… hopefully will be back after a couple of weeks..!
