The hotel is not clean it seems they never clean properly, see pictures. Colors are not joyful sadness all around!! First and last time.

It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. What I really loved the most was the receptionists. They were all welcoming and they suggested lists of places to visit. I highly recommend thus place as the room is very comfortable. The bed is too cozy that you don't want to leave it for any reason. I saw the price is very reasonable for such an amazing experience. I'll definitely come back to them whenever I visit Damam.

No wonder it’s a 3 star hotel by ambiance. Rooms are wide and comfortable but washroom don’t have bathtub 🛀. Check in was first but no welcoming attitude, often front desk employee busy with cell phone surfing. Restaurent is at the top floor. Most of the restaurant employees are from Bangladesh and they are friendly too. Breakfast is very poor not even 2 star quality.

Best hotel to stay with family or single. Lulu hypermarket next to hotel. Dolphin village n Marjan Island is close vicinity. Many good Indian restaurants (Veg food) are near by. Try to avoid rooms on first floor. Ask for 5th floor room, as u get good city view.

Bad hotel. Bad service. Shower leaked all over floor. When we told them they said they would move us rooms then did not. When I asked for more towels they did not bring. When my husband got sick and we asked for a doctor, they said they needed to ask the manager first - not a good way to deal with anything sickness or medicine. If I say I am sick and need a doctor, send a doctor and let them decide - not manager. Good that it is attached to Lulu so I could get whatever I needed easily.

Comfortable stay. Ambiance was good. Friendly staff. We booked a smoking room but didn’t feel good due to the hot air from open balcony. Requested for a room change and got one suite room as free upgrade. The maintenance staff were very helpful. Bed was so comfortable and the furniture were in good quality. The location is very convenient and just behind LULU hypermarket. There is an entrance from hotel lobby to the shopping mall. Food was excellent. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Water quality was good, less chlorine. The restaurant service was excellent, lot of verities in the menu.

Today I met with Ahad Gazi, a housekeeping staff giving turndown service on my floor during my stay. He was very polite and humble in nature. Wyndham do need persons like him. Overall I enjoyed my stay over here. Lunch buffet was also pleasant with lots of variety in meal options. 4.5/5

In the beginning I wasn’t gone write a bad review, I contacted the hotel regarding an AirPod they told me it’s here ; I asked when can I come to collect they told me anytime I want there 11 pm they told me come in the morning and I already bought a train ticket at 4am. It’s really more inconvenient than the dripping ceiling.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Room was big with a large bed and even couch and desk. Top floor was the restaurant, place to workout and swimming pool with hot water. Excellent after a long day. Buffet breakfast with a large amount of options. Additionally, the hotel has easy access to Lulu Mall (plenty of stores and a big grocery store).

Very lovely hotel for the price range, it’s clean and comfortable. Cleaning and room service really work hard . Alam the room service manager was very helpful and professional. Will definitely stay here again. The only bad thing is the location and there is not much of a view . But it’s great for a stay looking for comfortable and spacious rooms .

Place is nearby to lulu Mall. Entrance to the mall is beside reception. Good breakfast spread. Food is tasty, and service is awesome. Pick up and drop facility is available against a charge. Service is good and the rooms are clean with room service available round the clock. Overall comfortable stay.

The good things 👍 are: 1- clean room. 2- Excellent central A/C. 3- Next to a mall. 4- fast room service. Things I didn't like 👎: 1- Street Noise can be heard inside the room. 2- Old furniture. 3- The room has a balcony that you can't use (the door is locked). 4- Room lighting doesn't have a master switch, each light has a separate switch. 5- Television is useless; limited channels and the signal is lost in most of them. 6- The view from the room window is awful (nothing but old houses).

It is the worst hotel I ever never stayed in, the room being cleaned every 2 days, food is soooooo bad, room service are very aggressive and they never help u out, reception is super agressive too, I don't know is this a hotel or a prison that they pay for us to stay in.

I’ve stayed in this hotel almost a month and I’d like to say it’s good hotel by all means. The rooms is quite big and equipped with everything you need, been cleaned every day very carefully. There are a lot of facilities to visit such as outdoor swimming pool, spa and salon, gym. Food in the restaurant are delicious (including breakfast buffet). Want to thank Yaqin and Rosian for good job and high quality service. All personnel are open, friendly and ready to help in any moment. Just one humble advice: increase variety of machines in the gym.

I am staying in this hotel from last 58 days, very good hygiene room, with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner with good service by Roshan especially at 6th floor Yes at GYM, few equipment are not working, I hope those equipment to be repaired soon. Clean spacious rooms, excellent service. Breakfast spread is average, but friendly staff like Mr Mostak make up for it by his smile and attitude. He was there whenever I wanted something and made us feel at home.

Everyone here is friendly, and this gives me a feeling of comfort and ease. You should try the restaurant at the P floor. The food is so good, and the staff are quite hospitable and professional. To add, Raju The MVP of the restaurant as I call him is so professional at making you feel like home. Indeed, everyone here wants to ease your life and make your stay good to remember. Had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Wyndham Garden. It is a clean, peaceful hotel with hospitable staff. The breakfast restaurant on the top floor has a nice view over the area. People make the place, several staff members came to make sure I had all I needed and specifically Mr. Mostak, his colleague and the lady at the egg station were wonderful.

Just completed 14 days stay in this amazing hotel. Excellent rooms, location and service. Their breakfast is so delicious and has a lot of variety. The best thing about this place is the customer service, they all are very professional. I loved my stay in this hotel and will definitely miss the quality service provided by them. Last but not the least, I would like to highlight few individuals who gave excellent customer service, starting from the breakfast team (Raju, Mostak, Roshan, Saker, Mohammad), Miss Noor from Male health club and from the housekeeping team it's Aziz and Saqib. I enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Hotel, especially the staff welcome. The suite is big and enough for a family. Most importantly the restaurant under chief Jakir with the best eggs and his daily welcoming and jokes.

I want to thank wyndham garden for their utmost hospitality and generosity. The rooms are really spacious and luxurious. They make life lavish. The gym is really nice as it contains all equipment as well as the swimming pool. However, the most thing I enjoyed at Wyndham was the service at the restaurant. The staff always have smiles on their faces especially Rosian. Rosian was different though, he always wanted to help. He'd bring everything to our table with a beautiful smile. He'd always ask if we needed help and he'd always clean the mess we make immediately. He even made my siblings pancake sandwiches. Special thanks to him.

Spent 24 hours here. It’s a nice, comfortable hotel, it’s clean, the rooms are well appointed and spacious. The hotel is attached to a huge supermarket so you’re not short of supplies. The breakfast is nice with a good selection. The staff are excellent, thanks Mostak at breakfast for finding me some hot sauce 🌶️ and Raju for looking after me so well

Booked two-bedroom suite. The suite is very large and had 4 beds in total. The service was ok but not great. The location has Lulu hypermarket in the same building which is great but other than that there is nothing to explore.

My Room was clean and with ample supplies for the day including tea, coffee, water and bathroom supplies. Mr Zahid from housekeeping was there on the sixth floor maintaining rooms in desirable cleanliness and hospitality.

This is a 4 star hotel which is located in the same building as the Lulu mall and has an exit into the mall from the hotel itself. Rooms are generally bigger than the average hotel i found in the gulf region. The hotel has a restaurant on the 6th floor along with a spa and a Gym. The gym has a couple of treadmills along with 2 cross training equipment as well as a cycling machine. Squat machines are also available which can be used for chest exercises as well if they bring a bench. There's no proper bench here for efficient bodybuilding workouts. The best USP of this hotel is that they have an entry to the mall behind from next to reception so you don't have to exit the hotel from the main gate to take a detour to the mall. Overall a convenient place for tourists as a Lulu hypermarket is next to the hotel for buying groceries or for something for a quick bite.

5* for the hotel and ambience. Three stars only because of their substandard customer service. The reception area is quite large, offering a warm welcoming ambience with an astounding touch to the interior and design. The security and staff were supportive and helped us settle in as we were under mandatory quarantine for 5 days. The house keeping staff was prompt and diligent ; maintaining the overall hygiene during these covid times. The rooms are spacious , providing all facilities needed to maintain the standard of a 4* hotel. Nevertheless, I think they can improve by ensuring cleaning of all rooms on a daily basis. Also, we faced some issues regarding the allocation of rooms which were not dealt promptly at first. The hotel was overbooked at that time(as they said) so bear in mind to confirm the booking and rooms prior to arrival as they might change it in short notice. The food quality was average not exceptional- don’t know if the buffet/ normal restaurant food they offered tasted the same as ours was delivered to the room because of quarantine and we had no choice but to eat whatever they served. Complained twice regarding the food but didn’t get any response from the restaurant and they advised us to contact reception - after which we didn’t receive any updates. Mr. Alam (I suppose the name is correct), the house keeping supervisor , needs a special appreciation for helping us in resolving some issues and for being such an amiable host among the others. One last thing to mention, the food we got on the last day for breakfast had stale hummus in it and I complained to both restaurant and reception but hadn’t gotten any response until we left; not to mention the neighboring room mate complaining about food one day. I decided not to escalate the issue as it was our final day of quarantine and I desperately wanted to go back home with my family. I really wish the management will look into these things as to maintain their credibility and standard so that as customers we’ll feel welcomed and taken care of.

This is very nice place to stay, visit and eat. They have a variety of food with attractive garnishing, and also play area for childrens, and swimming pool is available but due to covid we are not ready to use it. Lobbay area is very attractive and decorative.

They are connected to lulu hyperMarket internally. You can visit with your friends and family members and enjoy your time even you can bring your young children and old age family members. This place is a great resource for local and international travelers to stay in Dammam. This is located on a driving distance from the airport, Al Khobar city, Dammam cornice, Dammam industrial city and half moon beach. Dammam railway station is located near by. This hotel is located in the main city area. You can avail a lot of the great deals here in this hotel.

I like the place and how quite and have quality furniture in the rooms But reception don't answer the phone I tried to call for missing brush, paste and hair conditioner. I called twice

In Ramadan, we just reserved one night. In the lobby, the staff were friendly. The hotel is pleasant, the room is clean, and Teddy smells nice. We had a problematic situation with the hour of the ladies spa and pool opening; when we contacted them before the reservation they insisted on the availability at any time, but when we arrived we figured out that nothing is available before 0700pm so we had to spend our day in the hotel. Mr. Mhammad al Salem, the receptionist, was very understanding of our situation the other day, and Mr. Hani Al Awad assisted us by opening the pool in the morning so we could enjoy our day before checking out. Mr Hani was very respectful, helpful, and professional, and he made our stay much better. Thank you Mr. Hani.

Excellent vegan lunch! Chef Jakir (I think that was his name) made me a delicious and healthy lunch just how I wanted it. Can definitely recommend eating here for nice vegan and vegetarian options! I’m staying at the hotel so was very convenient. Will come back!

For solo female travelers - this is a good option. It’s clean, quiet and the staff is helpful. Enjoy my breakfast as they are eager to give you the best service and experience especially Chef Ashwaq. The only con is lack of maintenance of the ladies pool and they have to maintain the upkeep of the rooms and showers.

Their service was very good they offered me a complimentary breakfast which had some Indian food options also like chola, poha etc which was very good...they also offered steam and sauna bath on a complimentary basis for the people who stayed there. The location is in the centre and they have the famous Lulu mall just attached to it which gives you the access to all the things you need...

The hotel is connect with mall by easy access, the hotel is average in the city-down . great internal service staff, my comment about the lobby staff are needs for more development of how to smile and welcome, the bellboy shout taxi boy in front of the hotel gate 🤒.

It is at the center of city so streets around the hotel are crowded. Price is OK and at the acceptable range. Checkin and out was very smooth and easy. I didn’t try the hotel cafe and restaurant. Bedroom was specious.

Actually overall the service is very good, but it's just not 5* due to payment issues, where debit card transfer is counted as international and it charges additional fees other than total price.

The hotel got attached to l Lulu mall and the rooms are very spacious and comfy I got a great view from my room ! And the staffs Are very kind especially komi or komu ! I think ! If you are Starbucks lover then you have got Starbucks down in the hotel . It’s a great bonus and the one thing I felt sad was They could have given breakfast with to the package! Because I stayed 3 nights ! I didn’t have hard to get from the mattresses on the hotel because themattresses And the pillow and the quilt was very soft and fluffy! It was a great stay in wyndham garden Dammam! Will visit again ! Please provide breakfast with the package !

Compared to other Wyndham branches in other countries, it has less attention. Spa needs more space, small swimming pool all children inside it!! Restaurant closes at 11 pm which is not good, should be 24 hours, no verity of TV Channels, small water they provide in room, cleanliness is very good, very quiet and comfy

Very good hotel in Dammam. I booked through booking.com and got a very good deal. Location is superb it is located right next to Lulu Mall which also have a Cinema hall. Good breakfast options including some Indian stuff as well. Could improve in room dining by including few more vegetarian options. Totally recommended.

Checked into Wyndham Garden, Dammam, early morning today. Had breakfast at restaurant. Service is excellent specially Mr Mostak - he seems to sense the requirements of all guests and moves around enthusiastically, serving all. It was a great pleasure to watch him attend to guests and delightful to be served by him. Rooms are luxurious but haven't yet experienced the service by house keeping so can't comment on it.

I went there for a buffet lunch in the AL NAKHEEL restaurant and had a very good experience, I wanted to eat something which was not there in the buffet, they obliged swiftly and the taste was also good. The staff's attentiveness added to the overall enjoyment. They were quick to replenish dishes, ensuring that everything remained fresh and appetizing. The ambiance was lively yet relaxed, creating the perfect setting for a leisurely meal Mr MOSTAK, very polite, attentive and understanding n helping me with pure vegetarian food was worth appreciating.
