the
hotel
and
ambience.
Three
stars
only
because
of
their
substandard
customer
service.
The
reception
area
is
quite
large,
offering
a
warm
welcoming
ambience
with
an
astounding
touch
to
the
interior
and
design.
The
security
and
staff
were
supportive
and
helped
us
settle
in
as
we
were
under
mandatory
quarantine
for
5
days.
The
house
keeping
staff
was
prompt
and
diligent
;
maintaining
the
overall
hygiene
during
these
covid
times.
The
rooms
are
spacious
,
providing
all
facilities
needed
to
maintain
the
standard
of
a
4*
hotel.
Nevertheless,
I
think
they
can
improve
by
ensuring
cleaning
of
all
rooms
on
a
daily
basis.
Also,
we
faced
some
issues
regarding
the
allocation
of
rooms
which
were
not
dealt
promptly
at
first.
The
hotel
was
overbooked
at
that
time(as
they
said)
so
bear
in
mind
to
confirm
the
booking
and
rooms
prior
to
arrival
as
they
might
change
it
in
short
notice.
The
food
quality
was
average
not
exceptional-
don’t
know
if
the
buffet/
normal
restaurant
food
they
offered
tasted
the
same
as
ours
was
delivered
to
the
room
because
of
quarantine
and
we
had
no
choice
but
to
eat
whatever
they
served.
Complained
twice
regarding
the
food
but
didn’t
get
any
response
from
the
restaurant
and
they
advised
us
to
contact
reception
-
after
which
we
didn’t
receive
any
updates.
Mr.
Alam
(I
suppose
the
name
is
correct),
the
house
keeping
supervisor
,
needs
a
special
appreciation
for
helping
us
in
resolving
some
issues
and
for
being
such
an
amiable
host
among
the
others.
One
last
thing
to
mention,
the
food
we
got
on
the
last
day
for
breakfast
had
stale
hummus
in
it
and
I
complained
to
both
restaurant
and
reception
but
hadn’t
gotten
any
response
until
we
left;
not
to
mention
the
neighboring
room
mate
complaining
about
food
one
day.
I
decided
not
to
escalate
the
issue
as
it
was
our
final
day
of
quarantine
and
I
desperately
wanted
to
go
back
home
with
my
family.
I
really
wish
the
management
will
look
into
these
things
as
to
maintain
their
credibility
and
standard
so
that
as
customers
we’ll
feel
welcomed
and
taken
care
of.
