The real gem of this property is their staff! From the reception, bellboy, restaurant staff, housekeeping, IT, and their manager, Ms. Safa, who keeps checking how comfortable our stay is. The breakfast is superb! We had so many options to choose from. I asked for hash brown for my toddler, and they prepared it fresh. We even spent our dinner there, and worth it! The interiors of the lobby and restaurant are minimalist first-class—color combinations of every area are pleasant in camera. However, with our One-Bedroom Suite (more extensive than we expected!), we found it lacking in colors, which the Park Inn Radisson is known for. The seating and dining area has only red upholstery, even their throw pillows. It is very plain and makes the room dark and not appealing when we see it in person and photos. Just putting yellow-mustard throw pillows and two dining chairs can make the place vibrant, engaging, and remarkable. The bedroom is huge! The headboard's lighting effects are cool! Only it's not comfortable for our eyes to keep it on when we're sleeping. But yes, we can switch it off. My kids enjoyed the bathroom because of the availability of the bathtub. As usual, the toiletries of Park Inn Radisson are aromatically pleasant! Very high quality! The place is quiet. If you only want to relax, sleep, and not hear the sounds of busy streets, this is the place where you can stay comfortably. There are pools for kids and adults, a children's play area, and a gym. If you travel with kids, make sure you bring first-aid kits and medications. The nearest pharmacy is 20.9 km away from the hotel. The hotel has no clinic, no in-house doctor/nurse, which I find necessary for a location that is very far from the city proper. Are we going back to this place? To be honest, I'm undecided. Maybe next time, if we come back to that area, I will consider a property near the beach and a pool. But with the brand like Park Inn Radisson, I know they cater families well and understand their needs.

I went to Dammam on a business trip and the hotel is very modern and comfortable. The rooms are always tidy and spacious. The service was positive, but take in consideration that if you require room service next to praying hours, it can take longer time. The location is in an isolated zone, creating some challenges when calling an Uber (especially in the evening). For an industrial zone hotel, it is top. An example of infrastructures to many hotels worldwide.

I ve been living here since October of 2021, Sales manager, Hesham is professional and stays on top of things. The front desk team is amazing and supper helpful. Restaurant team is great, * breakfast is good, however the dishes are almost the same every day. * lunch and dinner, I usually have 3-4 meals a week and love the variety they have. * food quality is very good. Housekeeping, everyone is nice and professional at what the do, especially Nizam and Ibrahim, both of these guys and very nice and keep my place nice and clean.

Customer service at the hotel was great . They have made us feel comfortable while we stayed at the hotel . There was a man who was serving me at the Resturant his name is Jimmy he was extremely rude . This hotel is in the middle of no here . Resturant closes at 10 . I am on vacation I am paying for my food . He had an attitude that I requested one of each item . The next day it was Mr.Tariq who had had the same behaviour. He was getting annoyed just that I was asking for food . I don’t understand I am paying for the food . It made me feel really upset and uncomfortable. This kind of behaviour is not expectable at all . The hotel is in the middle of no where and they should be understanding. On the tv it says room service is 24 hours but it’s not . So they should serve the customer and be understanding. Extremely disappointed about this . Another this I wanted to say when I went swimming I found every day someone was smoking or smoking the Shi Shisha . I was tired of telling the security that there is people at the pool smoking shisha he was not doing his job . There was a room at the hotel for people who smokes and does shisha but these people chose to smoke and do shisha next to the pool but the security never did anything about . I stayed 6 days at the hotel and very day there was people smoking . The whole area smelled bad .

Giving it 3 stars since the ambience was good and the Staff were friendly and hospitable. But however, the 'Steam Bath' & 'Sauna' facility was not functioning in the Health club area. They have a great Swimming facility and a Gym area. But Our Team wanted to relax and get some steam and sauna services and this was not just there. This is the 2nd time We visited the place and it was told to us the 1st time that facility would be activated soon and was shut down due to the Covid precautions. But however even on this 2nd visit after a lapse of 4 months, the Mgmt. has still not fixed these facilities. Apart from these, other services were very good. - Thank You.

Very nice and good hospitality in the hotel. They serve institutional quarantine packages also. Quarantine personal was provided in a separate building other than normal hotel (apartments). They care about the quarantine rules and guests as well. Three times meals was provided its nice food and menu and it's enough quantity to a person. Water bottles and tea coffee items were supplied daily. Helping staffs. Good hotel.

Great hotel too stay but this place itself is not good to have multiple food options. You get only MacDonald restaurant nearby and a Mandi which has only few standard menus like Chicken rice (faham). If you are looking for healthy restaurants nearby, you aren't gonna get anything. Radisson is the only hotel to stay in this area, so no choices there either.

Very bad experience.we book 3 rooms via our agent on free cancellation up to 10 November. But an accident one of our co trvellers leg fracture and cast plaster and the doctor advice 3 week rest. It on 14 November that means 4 days before checkin and it was intimated with medical report and x- ray. It is clearly mentioned that if any medical issue the date can change. But after prolonged communication eventhough the hotel room division manager attend the issue finally hotel authority declined the request by acting a drama with the booking agent Make My trip which is tie up with Agoda. So nobody recommended this type of cheating group

we book the hotel 3 rooms on 18.11.23 and paid ₹23706.but due to a medical issue(an accident ) we cant travel and this was intimated earlier(4 days) with medical report and x-ray before check in date. and ask to modify the bookig date to 10.12.23.but hotel authority denied our request.in their booking policy if any medical issue or death or natural calamities cancellation or modifications is allowed but the hotel authority denied out request this is our first experience in our 20 years journey.it make very bad impression and not recommended for others Eventhough the room divitional managerMr. Hesham samir respond our complaints and he told that he will take up this case most considaration and infomed concerned department, he requsted amail detailing the eventhough we send mail to him the explaining issues one week back. Buy not yet give a reply. Our booking agent (Make My trip) also wants more details but the management and Make aMy trip both are playing drama finally they denied our request after one week and traying to us a fool. So never consider this hotel for bookig and not recommended for others. The staff hotel managers are very irresponsible

The quarantine package offers small, cold and unappetizing meals (chicken and rice almost twice a day), 330ml bottles of water 3 times a day sometimes, internet speeds of 1Mbps. They offer an unpleasant stay while in quarantine for a week. You can order room service but expect a cold meal that tastes expired. Won’t be able to order from outside the hotel through apps. There are no delivery drivers. Worst experience so far in KSA.

It is located outside town in induatrial zone. If you do not have a car, you will need to get taxi / uber for minimum 60 riyals to go to the nearest mall or shopping center

Well designed rooms.Nice place to stay. Food is good. They Tried to cover maximum different people to eat their desired food in one buffet. Sweets have much variety . All services are excellent. All staff are very accommodating, helpful and polite specially Borhan, he is a very good person.

Room was very smelly, not ventilated for ages. No help with the bags, had to push the trolley myself. No shower slippers, had to wait 1½ hrs for it after 3 phone calls. Buffet is not bad. Otherwise NOT recommended for there smelly rooms.....house keeping is seriously below average standards!!!!

The pool is great, the breakfast is very good. The room size, facilities and ambience are great, overall staff is very cooperative and friendly. The location is far from city, outside the industrial area, so very quite and very near to Halfmoon beach. Few things which might be improved are: - Fridge was not working - there were no extra blankets or pillows available - some extra drawers would have been really helpful

I am currently staying at the hotel for quarantine, and I am very disappointed, the food is the same every day, very low food quality and very few quantity. the internet is slow. Breakfast and dinner are the same and there are no options just egg, cheese and beans.

Was park inn but upgraded now to radisson Either park inn or radisson you know you will be having decent room in a nice property and won't get any lower standards. Unfortunately the upgrade also included an increase in the rates. New now renovated ourdoor swimming pool working from 6 am till 12 am

Ideally location as I was there for work in the 2nd industrial area. The hotel is either newly built or recently renovated. Nice spacious rooms. The only negative was the water pressure but overall I had a good stay.

A very peaceful hotel with neat, clean and very comfortable rooms. Every staff member I encountered, from bell boy to receptionist to cleaning staff and even the restaurant staff were more than friendly and helpful. I want to appreciate the receptionist Fatima, she always was very helpful starting from my check In until my check out, she did her best to make sure all my requirements are met and everything is going smooth from her side and on behalf of the total staff.
