The hotel has 6 floors. Only one is designated as non-smoking floor with limited availability of rooms. The air conditioning system distributes the smoke to all the he rooms. I changed my room twice and still have to inhale cigarette smoke all day and night. I do not recommend this facility unless you are a heavy smoker.

Thank You so much for the good reception specially that beautiful girl I don’t know who is she but i just remember I give her my car parking at the morning and she gives me the best room, the room also is too clean and there is a great view from the window and all the services are wonderful and the breakfast was Delicious thank you all for everything and of course I recommend this Place to visit and I’ll visit it again🌹❤️.

The hotel was just ok but frankly cannot be 4star rated. It is built on a small area and hence rooms are quite small be it a suite or a standard room. The room is very noisy from road traffic outside as well as noise from other guests and house keeping staff outside. Please keep in mind that the swimming pool, coffee shop , gym , spa can be just marketing gimmicks as they are miniatures with minimal equipment. There is NO pool for adults. Broken cups were placed in the room which is definitely not ethical.

In general I enjoyed my stay here, my room was on the fifth floor it was a junior suite. The room was clean smells fresh, 2 tvs, a microwave, fridge and an electric stove. Parking is available in front and behind the hotel under ground. Breakfast was included with a good variety of food and beverages time for it 7 am to 10 am. Needs improvement: 1. The under parking requires an access from the reception they didn't tell us that we found out after checking out. Put the customer in the picture before checking in. 2. The female receptionist was nice but we speak Arabic she replies in English, we sure understand but don't reply in a different language when the customer is using a specific one!! 3. Shower water is extremely hot even when put on cold.

Great breakfast with really great service, would like to thank Mr. Muhammad Mustafa, Mr. Mohammed Kobe and Kousar for their excellent service throughout. Enjoyed my stay here and hopefully will be back soon.

The lobby is not too big, but there is enough space for a few people. It's a clean and nice design, not too tacky. We chose junior suite king. The room is big and comfortable too. I am not lying, I think the view of all rooms is either facing the road or the neighbourhood (back building). But you can walk to the rooftop if you want to view the sea. There's also a small cafe for you to have a cup of joe with cakes. I highly recommend this hotel - near to the city, corniche, and worth every pence.

In the beginning, I would like to thank the reception staff and the hotel manager for their professionalism. Other than that, the room is good and clean, and the location is also good. Overall, I recommend it.

Would definitely not recommend! I rarely write feedback on my experience but this time I just had to. Booked the family suite on the first floor and it had a huge hole in the shower. We had to let them know ourselves so that the suite can be changed immediately. It is concerning that a crack like this is not reported and addressed by the cleaning staff right away! Are you guys waiting for a law suit to happen or is the cleaning staff not doing their job? Upon our arrival, we were thankful to be given an early check-in and access to breakfast. However, the restaurant staff heavily disappointed by denying our entry due to their lack of professionalism and coordination with the front desk. And to the so called “chef” working July 15, we understand you have a buffet to run but you’re not Gordon Ramsay, have some manners to your guests. We came here with OUR money!

Never recommend this hotel for staying, its extremely noisy from the street and will not have a good sleep even the day time I don't think there is a good team for housekeeping. Every where can find dust and it will made the night sneeze... Floor looks like and old building and bathroom flooring got damaged Breakfast, everyday same food will be serve and on the last day of my stay I got some fried eggs (finally they accept my request) The only one things it's good in the hotel that is they have good furniture (fully dust 🙃)

My accommodation here as a business long-stay guest was so nice as a 4 stars hotel, the receptionists are so helpful also the staff, the hotel manager Mr. Ahmed is so decent, and the hospitality in it's the highest level, also so the restaurant is amazing, but it is not a very good choice for a family or to have a nice time inside the hotel, and my only concern is about the room cleaning and the furniture conditions. But not in all rooms But in general, I like staying here in this hotel

Super clean, prime location near to the Sea, friendly staff & nice food. Roof top is a charming place to witness a great day & night view with a drink or snacks. Highly recommended 👌👌

I tried the breakfast buffet from COBONE app. It was amazing . A very Good variety and very much value for the price. With live cooking station ,Friendly staff. Clam atmosphere. Very clean place. Highly recommended.

Building is old and needs complete renovation, design and layout of rooms aren't well thought out. Fridge was bad and didn't work well, maintenance came to convince me it was working 😕, and then they claimed they replaced it but replacement wasn't working also. Wouldn't come back for sure.

Receptionist Eman was very kindly speaking to me. Very comfortable, Good infrastructure and especially Room service boys are work too good. So i give 4.5 out of 5. Sometimes wifi is not properly working.

The reception girls was nice, staff were friendly.The room is big , our stay was pleasant. The pool is small and only for kids but my baby enjoyed the outdoor location. The bfast buffet was with great selections and sumptous. Just hope to have 24/7 room service for conveniece.

This is my first time in Dammam and I was lucky to find this hotel. Both reception and service are excellent! The price is right too! If I ever come back, this hotel will always be my choice!

Shout out to our waiters Herbert and James!!! The food was delicious and the service has Filipino hospitality, and of course the interiors are a feast to the eyes. Complimentary appetizers of Poppers with Mango, Strawberry and mint dip, followed by a salad named Burata Berry Salad and highly recommended for those who love healthy fares, then we have buttered chicken Samosa and then we also have Chicken Tikka Masala with unlimited Naan, finally downed with fresh orange juice for my habibi and fresh lemon Mint for me. ❤️😍💋

I was alone and I was staying for only one night so, I had a room and it was clean and tiny with a very bad view. I also had a breakfast there, the food was ok and when I looked for pancake they only make mini pancakes and they didn't know what maple syrup was?!. The staff at the restaurant only speak a broken Arabic but they were very nice. I've been told by the room service people that they don't make lunch.

Great place, but the rooms are dusty, need proper cleaning.

Good value for the price but the walls in the room and bathroom were stained, the bathroom needs a renovation, shower was leaking, breakfast buffet was okay but not such a great selection, located in a dirty area but at least near to the corniche.

Elevator at the basement/parking wasn’t working, had to climb the stairs to the reception. Room service is only on-demand, and they won’t let you know until you complain. Pressing the “clean my room” button won’t do anything, it has to be done through a phone call. Small dining area. Okay food. Overpriced.

It’s a medium scale hotel. The rooms are OK. It’s a better option to avoid the breakfast option as they have a very limited menu for the breakfast buffet and it’s depressing.

Decent hotel for Dammam standards. They upgraded my room which is a plus. Bfast is below 4 star standard, the rooms were humid and the bathrooms had fungus, mattress was hard and the TV was from 2000 :)

Good value hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Service was ok. Rooftop pool and coffee shop was sad. Pool is open for kids only during day, but had no shade. Coffee shop was open during night, had a lone employee sitting at a very dusty preparation area. Atleast make pool open for kids in the night.

The hotel is good but the staff are unfriendly. They keep saying let me finish the customer before you even though they know they wouldn't answer you properly. They could have said your enquery is not valid or whatever. They don't mind wasting your time. We waited for 20 minutes because one of the receptionists had a customer. The other one had nothing but as I said they said to wait. Then after that they said we cannot change your room. You could have said that from the beginning. And refusing to change the room is by itself a low rate reason.

Very good hotel for staying at Dammam, and I will be back again 👍🏼
