I stay at this hotel only because my company books me in here when other hotels are full The cleanlyness of the rooms are an absolute discrace. There is fungis growing on the walls and doors of the shower The wall paper is pealing off the walls and the rooms smell musty. Room service took an hour and a half and the battery in the remote for the tv were flat. When i called for the manager to show him the fungis in the bathroom he was not on site?? How this place passes for 3 stars i do not know???

I was a regular customer way back in 80s . Was so nice to see the photo today . Had a great time with friends and hotel staff at that time .miss mr khullar and " guri" . Wish could find them .

The place looks not so big from the outside but then there are many rooms inside. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The restaurant serves a wide variety of indian and Arabic dishes. It is right behind Sheraton and walkable distance from Carrefour .

Cheapest hotel with staff commonly come from India. Standard accomodation with all you can eat restaurant. This hotel is definitely used for all workers which employed by Offshore companies.

It was 5 stars hotel back in the 80's and the 90's we used to stayed there every Eaid till from 1981 till 2005 it was the last time

Well for starters if u plan on having an iftar from here....would strongly suggest to avoid this place. One of the worst food by a mile. Would suggest they improve quality of the food served to avoid customers. Hope they take this suggestion and make improvements in the quality they serve.

Dammam Hotel is situated behind the Sheraton Hotel. It's on the same grounds and share the same security posts.. So safety if a option to consider is relatively above average. The Dammam Hotel I assume would of been the workers accommodation whilst building the Sheraton Hotel. It is a single level building and is very out dated. The food is above average and there is a buffet which they encourage however it seems when ordering room service they would rather you attend the buffet. The place has good internet and have noticed a barber on site as well. Rooms air conditioning vary. Hot in certain parts of the hotel but foyer is freezing cold. Location, its across the road from Starbuck's Burgerfuel and many other restaurants. Carrefour and the mall is a stone throw away incase you may of forgotten any essential items. In general, the place is old.. It could certainly be better but okay to stay for a single night to stop for a night's rest.

High price.. but no facility.. room also no good.. ..food price too much .. compare to other hotel low price and they give morning breakfast also .but dammam hotel price high no morning breakfast.. hotel staff attitude not good...

The hotel staff are very polite and gentle, treated so well , all staff are maintained a proper hygiene , thanks everyone for your hospitality I hope will visit again. 😊
