Awesome place, kids enjoyed a lot there. Rainbow 🌈 Land is so good , too much games and many types of swings etc. Most important thing, prices are too much affordable. You will purchase a balance card and use it, every swing is in range of 4 SAR ,6,7,10SAR respectively. I'm uploading the pictures of rate list and playing area. Definitely recommend it for kids. Good Experience to shop in here. This mall is having a great look inside. This mall have services currently City Max, Central Point, Sketchers, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Restaurants and Coffe shops.

Very nice mall.major brands are here. Clean and neat interior. Ample spaces in food court. Staff at every outlet is very helpful. Parking is also in abundance. Must visit places if you have a complete day...

Khobar Mall in Khobar Area. Nice interiors , basement entrance with water on sideways gives a great look O the road near 5 riyal Market. Free Parking , washroom 🚻 Available, ample parking outside and in adjacent. Multiple branded store Food court available along with Children section on top Vie is great In this mall. Centrepoint is also available here. Multiple cafe shop available. On right-side of main entrance there is cafe shop which is also adding to the look of the Mall.

After years of being called a ghost mall because it was literally empty no tenants and no shoppers only few stores are occupied but now almost at full occupancy. What a smart move by the management to put up several depots that sells super low prices proving to be more successful. With more visitors than ever before, the relaunch seems to be breathing new life into the ghost mall.

Nice small mall with a lot of brand name shopping. Prices were not particularly cheap, but there were international brands, so I guess you have to pay for the brand. Large playback for kids with rides. It's like an indoor amusement park and arcade. A lot of families and kids were there. It was very busy, so it was a popular place for families

Best place to get branded goods at a bargain! It has many outlet brands (sketchers,tommy Hilfiger,splash,max,femi9,SSS and so much more) There's also entertainment for children such as arcade,auto cars and it's famous entrance fountain is my son's favorite. Some coffee shops and a food court inside and outside. However, most shops are open after asr time around 3/4pm is the best time to go.

Good shopping mall for outlet stores. The whole place has a charm in itself. I like it! There is a cultural and heritage section.

I just visited to Khobar Mall and played in rainbow land with my child there when I finished playing I eat in Country chicken in Khobar Mall. Khobar Mall has things that for Kids and Adults.

The Khobar mall is a nice place to visit, with elevators and escelators. The place is somewhat clean. Most uniform shops for Khobar and Dammam schools are in this mall. (All in one shop)

Excellent place if you are looking for brands outlets. Kids playing area is also amazing, my kids always enjoyed there and they have good offers as well.

Good for family shopping but things are costly

With best kids playland in the area, Khobar Mall is small but very neat and clean shopping mall with many good brands and other stores, food court and other restaurants in the same building. Large Basement Parking and around the mall elevators make it easily accessible. Overall good place.

Perfect place for parents who are tired of mall hopping because of the scorching summer and tired of paying high prices for play areas and games. The play area is rainbow land with prices starting at 50sr and many options to play with it is a great place to take your kids. They have rides too. They have a small food court adjacent to the playzone with decent choices. Visit worthy place.

Nice place to hangover for a couple of hours. Kids play area is highlight. Water fountain ⛲ at basement pleasing to the sour eyes and mind cherishes shopping vibes. Khobar mall is a typical Middle Eastern shopping mall with various clothing and shoe stores, jewelry shops, perfume shops, various restaurants serving traditional food with some fast food outlets selling chicken burgers, shawarmas (not traditional) and various other food items. There is also a play area for the younger patrons.

It was okay not so big mall. It is a old mall so in the cafeteria there is no new shop like McDonald etc there some juice seller shawarma seller and a small bakhala. Has good collection of clothes in cheap cost

Raindowland is amazing we enjoyed it very much. It has alot of new rides to try. And after food was fantastic. I had a great time. Looking forward visiting the place again.

Food court is average. Children's play area has a good atmosphere, although its not that spacious. Restaurants on the ground floor offer mostly arabic food. Garment oulets on the 1st floor offer a variety of clothings with economical prices.

It's a high end shopping mall with all brands of clothes, perfumes, footwear etc. Superb interior. Very quiet.

They have a set up like(traditional souq alike) qasariya in al rashid mall and has many shops that are beautiful and amazing jewellery , souvenir, natural skin care products , and much more. Do visit it

Nice place. Not your most modern mall. It doesn't have the designer shops. It's more towards a folklore type of mall. It has some good outlets on the second floor. There are nice cafés in the bottom floor.

Delighted to visit this mall on eid. Lots special discounts particularly at american eagle. Very well arranged branded shops to deal with. The in terior was so modern and good for weekend walkaround. Definitely i will visit again. 5 🌟

The mall is gaining more visitors than ever before because of the new shops opening up which makes the ambience very lively. A fairly good experience.

This is a small but well maintained and some of the brands outlets are available. Shopping 🛍 in this mall is not so much expensive. Location of the mall is good and reasonable free parking is available nearby. A vast masjid is also available inside mall where you can perform the pray easily. Washrooms are cleaned and tidy.
