However on reaching the hospital this morning I was told insurance will my cover the treatment and I had to pay cash to see the doctor. I had asked the team yesterday to double check everything is fine and they confirmed, but at the hospital I was shocked to hear a different story. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone

I had my C-sec delivery for my second baby and i could easily compare between my second delivery time with my first that I had in US. From my experience for both and treatment and delivery, it was a 10/10 for everything. From the arrival for addmission, to the delivery room preparation till the after delivery days which for me were for 4 days, i was beyond impressed by the nurses/ staff’s level of care and attention including the night shifts and the only thing i had a problem with was the lactation department, no one came till I asked multiple times for someone. Overall i felt like i was in good hands with the doctors who were incredibly professional. the nurses are nice as well. there are always follow ups by the by head-staff for the patients. The hospital is quite new and quiet compared to others so i recommend any mother thats expecting a sweet newborn baby soon to follow up in this hospital and consider the delivery there as well. My doctor, Dr. Dana Shwaikhat, made my delivery so much easier, she’s such a professional and was so kind during the entire process. I never had any problems with booking an appointment with her at anytime and easy to reach her at any given time. As for my room, I took a single room in the 8th floor, which was very spacious considering the amount of people it fit; except the sofabed wasn’t comfortable, it was as hard as a rock but it was replaced, if asked they will replace it for you.

Dr. Elie Mubarak is a highly recommended Gyne Dr., so honored to met him by chance. Actually his assessments and medical approach is advanced, different from all the Arab doctors I have assisted and consulted.He is like same as the great Philippine or Western doctors I have known with a "thorough" investigations/assessments and procedures 😯 so amazing! Then I found out he studied in Lebanon and London.

I had a good experience with Dr. Jehad he's very professional. the hospital is clean and staff overall are very nice except for the reception supervisor Mona Aldossari. She made us pay more and denied it, when i raised a concern to the management she tried to take our paid medication.

Great experience so far, the Orthopedic department is wonderful represented by doctor Maher Karai and Abdulla Mohammad, deep care & sufficient attention, I highly recommend them to any patient. The physical therapy is greatly professional, very good treatment, and advanced equipment, special thanks to the specialists Sara & Abdulaziz.

Simply the best hospital in Khobar, no waiting time, very courteous doctors and nurses, seamless approval process and magnificent interior and decor. Best this about them is the approval office in terms of quick resolution and very fast response rate.

First hand experience just now accompanying a family to an appointment at 5:45 yet to find out that the doctor left since it’s her last appointment. The unprofessional receptionist told us to wait while we see the doctor leave in-front of us. Went to verify and she said the doctor indicated that they can reschedule or see another doctor! We came on time and we were waiting. Unbelievable experience and unprofessional staff that lack the basics honestly. Totally disappointed and i do not advise my fellow Aramcons to transfer their medical coverage to this hospital. A mobile medical truck would treat us better than those that we have seen today.
