It’s really the worst hospital ever. My wife was admitted for delivery and it was like 5 days in hell. All the staff starting with the night duty manager, admission office, insurance approval office, and of course the nurses were horrible level of careless. The cleaning level is disaster your bed’s sheet will not be changed unless you begging. You will pay a lot of money without any clarification, you will never get a service on time but you have to wait and wait then maybe yes maybe no. A lot of lies and more lies all the time. Honestly, i never recommend this place to anyone. If you started any medication. Just run away. You can pay less and get much better.

Overall the hospital is very poor when it comes to experience of available doctors or customer support...most of the doctors are the expats who are not really skilled and have minimal experience maybe good CV but they havent dealt with a lot of patients... The facilities is good.. system also is ok Today for instance i went to pick a report where the representative was very disturbed that i bothered her while she was on her mobile..so she kepts showing the impatience while she look for the report as if am asking her for a favor to do.. A very sh_t emergency they have, for them emergency is like entertainment as they dont bother, high discrimination among patient. I arrived 08:20 AM and my appointment is by 09:00 AM.There is long queue and without proper arrangement .People should wait outside in the severe cold & wind for almost 2 hours to get the dose regardless of the age !! Once the token is given the process is smooth. The only thing which irritates is there is no proper arrangement outside and people stand in a queue for one kilometer. And the guy who is allowing inside is very rude.
