Two
stars
for
Dr.
Adel’s
experience
and
reputation.
Everything
else
is
a
disaster.
Staff
is
not
welcoming.
Long
wait
times.
No
respect
for
appointments.
I
wanted
to
do
corrective
eye
surgery;
and
heard
lots
of
good
praise
and
success
stories
with
Dr.
Adel.
So
I
booked
with
him.
I
did
a
form
of
lasik?..
Not
sure
which
one
because
I
didn’t
receive
any
information
pre-operation.
I
didn’t
meet
Dr.
Adel
except
a
brief
greeting
while
I
was
on
the
operation
table!!
I
understand
he’s
a
busy
man,
but
can’t
he
manage
to
find
a
few
hours
a
week
to
be
in
the
clinic
to
see
his
new
patients
and
then
admire
the
work
he’s
done??
There
was
a
Pakistani
doctor
who
checked
my
eyes
and
saw
me
before
the
operation..
however
he
barely
answers
a
question
and
if
he
does
it’s
either,
yes
or
no.
You
feel
like
you’re
just
being
rushed
to
make
room
for
the
next
patient.
When
he
checked
my
eyes
a
couple
of
days
after
surgery
to
remove
the
protective
lenses,
he
said
“still
not
heal”
and
put
in
new
ones.
I
asked
him
to
explain
further,
he
repeated
“still
not
heal”.
I
left
the
hospital
worried.
That’s
when
you
know
the
doctor
has
failed
you,
when
you
leave
more
anxious
than
when
you
went
in.
No
advice
on
how
to
prep
for
surgery,
no
information
on
the
procedure
and
what
to
expect
before,
during
or
after
operations.
No
explanation
of
what
type
of
lasik
should
be
done
on
your
eyes.
No
description
of
what
the
procedure
would
look
like.
No
details
about
what
the
eye
drops
are
for
or
what’s
in
them
or
why
they’re
important.
Thank
god
for
google
as
I
followed
advice
online.
While
my
post-op
results
are
good
(at
least
I
think
they
are),
I
highly
recommend
going
to
a
more
professional
clinic
where
they
respect
the
patient,
the
right
of
the
patient
information..
after
all
this
procedure
is
cosmetic
and
there
are
other
competitors
in
the
area.
