Cheap place and does not have the minimum requirements. Shower water pressure was very low that you can't use it. Bathroom was dirty and room had cockroaches. This place could use a serious renovation or it should be shut down.

Soooo bad not recommended, manager and employees not friendly, and they are cheaters, they took me high price and they said they cannot make it less despite I saw on maps that their prices are much less, rooms are with old unsafe doors.

Good quality and service compared to others with higher rate per diem. Stayed once last year, but this year it became a bit expensive. Still recommended.

Worst place you can stay i . Al-Ayeri 3 in Dammam. Bad experience unfortunately. Bad treatment, no attention to cleanliness and smell, old bedrooms, insects inside the rooms, miserable services, bad smell in the rooms, even remote control for the AC is not allowed to stay with you in the room! The experience of staying for 9 nights is the worst in my life.
