Don’t ever visit to this polyclinic for any health issues. Only suitable for issues like head ache and fever. Especially dentist is disaster here. In your first visit they claim all possible amount from your insurance and doctors make your problem more. And avoid doctor Robina Shahzadi(BDS)

One of the worst clinic in the world don't go for pcr test in this clinic they are stealing money from you I had very bad experience one of our staff members go for pcr test and within few minutes we ask them to cancelled the pcr test because due to suspension of flight but they didn't refund our money they take 230 riyals and just 70 riyals they returned for only one cottonbud how much the price of cotton bud 1 riyal and they just returned 70 riyals very bad customer service I will complain to ministry of commerce. Very bad very bad very bad clinic in the world 🌎 Pathetic service😡😡😡😈🤬

This has to be one of the best clinics I ever got treated in, really nice staff, prompt service and excellent medical care. Moreover, there is a nurse named Priyanka she is an idol and an example of how nurses should be! Really kind, caring and compassionate person! For her way of dealing with the patients, I found no way to thank her but by writing this review that she is really entitled of every word in it! Good luck Priyanka!

Very nice and positive staff; well organized system; fast service and affordable fee; downside is the parking spaces as all side parking has fees already, and most side street area where parking is free are already packed with vehicles; UPDATE: it is already 2 weeks since i had a check up, and since then i was chasing them for at least a medical report of the doctor's diagnosis, as they required me to have an xray and some shots; until now still no response ans i kept on getting assurance from them but still no results, that is why i change my rating; unprofessional to deal with for after care support

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning they did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. Not satisfied with there response.Peoples are nice and Cooperative but they are not professional .From past 2 days I am trying to communicate to get my Fitnes Report status but they are not receiving my call and even not replying on WhatsApp. Really I will request my company to think for other clinic for medical checkups.

To be honest, need to be well managed the team and locations, - My personal experience, so many tests and after testing no proper treatment. - Hospital/Clinic should facilitate for the patients, as the whole hospital with one or two rest rooms as located at first floor only, all the floors should have restrooms. - Staircase very small only can be used for the one way, also it’s in the center and violating international building codes (IBC). - only one elevator for maximum 3 persons not suitable for hospital. - BP and weight shouldn’t check in the ground corridor, specifically ladies cannot pass at the corridor, as well all the doctors have nurses BP can be check in the Doctors offices. - All the floors must have separate waiting area same as second floor for the ladies. - Ultrasounds, x-rays room, and all labs should be in one floor. - Provide automatic appointment machines (inter interactive systems) whose coming first they should be in priorities everywhere's. - Staff behavior really very appreciated.

Worst experience with the receptionist Mohammad Sadegh. I call in advance to see availability. I wanted to meet a gastrologist. I have been advice to see a doctor called Mohammad Said. The receptionist book me with a general practitioner, not a gastrologist nor Dr Said. I asked him to rebook me with a gastrologist. He claimed they all left. I asked him to rebook me with Dr. Said. He claimed that he can not rebook me and I have to come back tomorrow!?

Its my second time to come here, but the problem is same, they are not giving priorities to patients but they are busy with other things, no respect for sequence , if you are on counter during your time they will serve for another 2 3 persons, Dr's also not taking care the patients as they are busy with their own things like food, coffee, guests etc, If you are free and can be waiting for long time without irritation, than this clinic is good

The Hospital is neat,clean and experienced doctors. The Peadratician or childrens doctor is very experienced and he spends time in asking questions and inspecting the child. The ENT and the general physician all of them are experienced and good. I recommend this hospital especially these days where other polyclincs are busy and very less focussed on patients due to inrush of seasonal flu and fevers.

I had brought my 2 years child for dental treatment. Dr. Rabi was the person in charge of the treatment. I must say his counseling and way of treatment was very assuring. Even my child felt reasonably comfortable. The facility was very clean and of impeccable quality.
