I went through five doors in different locations of the hospital to get to know from where can I get the PPD test for my daughter, which have been prescribed by their own doctor. 2. I have waited around 30 minutes in front of X-ray billing desk to get a X-ray receipt. I have asked many but no use, even some stared at me with silly face. Finally I went to the information desk to announce for the X-ray billing person to come to the desk. 3. I have made 5 visits to the hospital and spent a whole day to get a medical report printed. I have done the tests on previous day, and the doctor ask me to come next day for the results and report. Next day morning 10:30 doctor provided the result copies and hand written report to get printed from administration department. After that I had to visit them and the doctor 5 different times to get the printed report. Even they ask to come back on next day for it, finally I received the report at 5:30 pm after many shouts and fights.

This hospital is considered better than the branch in Khobar. The pediatric and the nurses are good and co-operative. Receptionist are also polite. They have different departments which are distributed very well among the floors. But there is a lot of parking problem.
