The
worst
hospital
in
customer
support.
No
one
in
this
hospital
taking
responsibility
or
ownership
of
of
their
duties,
everyone
simply
washing
their
hands
for
the
queries
or
services
which
we
approach
them
(I’m
not
blaming
all,
but
most,
there
are
some
exceptional
doctors
and
nursing
staffs).
During
past
one
week
I
had
three
different
bad
experiences
from
the
hospital
staffs.
1.
I
went
through
five
doors
in
different
locations
of
the
hospital
to
get
to
know
from
where
can
I
get
the
PPD
test
for
my
daughter,
which
have
been
prescribed
by
their
own
doctor.
2.
I
have
waited
around
30
minutes
in
front
of
X-ray
billing
desk
to
get
a
X-ray
receipt.
I
have
asked
many
but
no
use,
even
some
stared
at
me
with
silly
face.
Finally
I
went
to
the
information
desk
to
announce
for
the
X-ray
billing
person
to
come
to
the
desk.
3.
I
have
made
5
visits
to
the
hospital
and
spent
a
whole
day
to
get
a
medical
report
printed.
I
have
done
the
tests
on
previous
day,
and
the
doctor
ask
me
to
come
next
day
for
the
results
and
report.
Next
day
morning
10:30
doctor
provided
the
result
copies
and
hand
written
report
to
get
printed
from
administration
department.
After
that
I
had
to
visit
them
and
the
doctor
5
different
times
to
get
the
printed
report.
Even
they
ask
to
come
back
on
next
day
for
it,
finally
I
received
the
report
at
5:30
pm
after
many
shouts
and
fights.
