One of the worst experiences I had in a hospital. I booked an appointment at 6 p.m. and they ask you to come before 15 minutes, I arrived at 5:30, and didn’t enter till 6:30. After that doctor asked for panorama X-ray, once it done, he said “you need to be transferred to other doctors as I can’t do anything for your case”, whereas I described my problem before booking the appointment. Then reception couldn’t find another appointment on same day, and the only vacancy was after 4 days. Waste of money and time!! Without mentioning the waiting room and prayer room, disaster!!

I did it with Dr.Ramez, he is really excellent orthodontist, he always explains to me the plan of the treatment and answer all my questions to make everything clear to me and to get best results. I really recommend to go to him if you want to do orthodontic treatment.
