They charge too much. Art 8 Vet much better prices. 350 sr for microchip? When a microchip costs 35 sr? Ridiculous

it’s a bad clinic to get ur pets treated at if u are looking for any clinics look elsewhere they killed my cat due to the doctor giving her 5 shots she didn’t needed and died the next morning. VERY VERY BAD CLINIC AND DOCTORS DONT HAVE EXPERIENCE

The place is so disparate for new management. The girls in reception are not professionals. Spending most of their time chatting with each other instead of focusing on their job. I had an appointment for a hotel service for my cats which is reserved 2 days in advance, but they never found it. Never offered any alternative solution as been already committed with an international trip. Their Khobar branch is a big miss story. The bottom line I do not recommend them.

I’ve been a customer of this Clinic for years. At the beginning the appointments were on time but after they changed Dr. Hisham working hours he comes late and the appointments are not on time and everything is chaos. Also the receptionists are always rude and not professional and do not know how to handle situations with customers. I would still go back to this clinic but I really recommend that they stick to time and that the doctors respect their working hours and the clinic itself respects the opening hours and become more professional. They also need to bring more vet staff that are professional not just rely on Dr. Hisham because most customers go to him and that’s what makes the appointments accumulate and the clinic becomes crowded. They need to bring more products and medications too.

I like the hospitality and greetings. But i am extremely unsatisfied with the experience with my pet parakeet. they don't have the needed medicines and necessities for my bird treatment,the vet didn't seem to care about the well being of the animal as much as he cared about my willingness to pay. and no follow up appointment for a broken leg!. they may do well with cats and dogs. but from the outcome of my last visit, i wouldn't trust them or recommend them like i used to before.

Kept my cat for 20 days while i am out of the country. Came back yesterday to take it and found that she has an aye infection. It’s ridiculous to pay money and receive your cat sick. And they want to pay for the medicine from your pocket as well. Never leaving my cat with then again.

The receptionist girls were not doing there work i guess they came for timepass they were on calls everytime the doctors are good they handle the pets carefully and the workers are little bit harsh with pets holding them. 2 star for doctors others very bad.

Let me start with the positive. This clinic clearly has great doctors. Dr. Hesham tended to my pet in an amazing and emphatic way. They clearly love and care for animals in a fantastic manner. However, this place is expensive . If you have a pet that requires regular grooming and care then it can add up. The staff at the reception could definitely use a bit of counseling in customer service. Additionally, the guy at the entrance was not letting everyone in. He seemed to be making decisions arbitrarily. He also didn't seem courteous. Definitely could use an attitude adjustment there. Overall, just know what you're signing up for. If your expectations are set, then you will be pleased with their service.

Michael and Hisham are the best . My cat loves them . She is so calm even with injections they really know how to handle pets ❤️

Dr. Hisham is the best. I have been going there for over 9 years now. Dr is highly efficient and knows to gently treat my cat’s personality. But appointment system sucks! Even if you book a week earlier, reach on time, still got to wait for more than an hour and see people who came after you getting attended as priority. Work on this system!!!! Update: the team was prompt enough to look into the matter and contact me to understand what went wrong. they assured to look into their appointment booking approach. I went back another day and was treated in a very timely manner and a positive experience.

It's hard to say to be honest. My heart says I should give 1 star but I could be wrong. Even after multiple trips it seems like the cat isn't healing and they keep telling me to buy their medicines and food. Took to another vet and he is much better within a week.

Dr. Menna Zaki was extremely kind and honest about my cat’s case. She keeps texting me for updates about the condition of my cat which is something she is not obligated to do at all, but her kindness pushes her to. If I ever choose to come back to oka again, it is because of her

Resiptionists are quite rude and unprofessional. The Vets and the Surgeon are much nicer. Prices are OK if you have time to waste.

No respect for appointments... They give u a time and when u reach on time, manipulate by telling u that ur appointment is after an hour...

It's my 1st visit and was good. I'm satisfied with the front office, the vet and his assistant. The prices are also reasonable but I don't have a comparison at the moment.

Very kind and animals lover stuff, my cat is very shy but he enjoys the cure he was received. Dr. Ahmad was very gentle when he gave vaccines to my baby. Later, my cat got nice shower thanks to the two gentlemen there.

Dr Salma was great she treated my cat Mia that had fungi with skin creams only an she healed super quick :) the visit fee included all two check ups would highly recommend it

I have been to this hospital couple of times . The doctors are amazing and the receptionists keep the phone holding for long and cut the calls . It’s my 3 try today to book an appointment

Aslamalikum, One of the best clinic in Dammam is OKA VET CLINIC. Recently I did neuter to my cat alhamdullila no issue at all, before neutering my both cats had fungal infection, Dr SALMA did very good treatment she followed every week now Alhamdullila they r fine special thanks from bottom of my heart to Dr SALMA who is the best Dr in OKA VET CLINIC very approachable, friendly, Who is taking care of my both cats from the day 1. u can ask any doubt regarding ur cats after the treatment also she will reply ur messages very soon. May Allah bless her with lots of happiness and good health ♥️♥️♥️

If you own a rabbit, then you probably know how important it is to get them fixed. However, the lack of rabbit savvy vets makes this extremely difficult. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Oka cleanly and safely neutered my rabbit, Shadow. He also treated an infection Shadow had, which has been bothering him for a while. Our rabbit was, thank god, completely fine after the operation. He was a bit tired at first, but he soon was up and about again, eating and drinking properly. If you want a vet for rabbits, I suggest Oka. (I use Oka to refer to all employees and vets in the center.)

I've been a loyal customer of Dr Hisham at Oka Clinic for years now, and I can't recommend him enough. After trying out several veterinary clinics in Riyadh and Dammam, I finally found someone I can trust with my furry friends. Dr Hisham is not only reliable but also incredibly efficient in his work. It's such a relief to have found a vet who truly cares about the well-being of my pets, especially after some horrendous experiences elsewhere. Oka Clinic is definitely my go-to place for all my veterinary needs👍🏻 I only wish if the place was a little more renovated.

Love to work with dr. Hisham. If only the place was a little more renovated and had a better system for appointments, as it seems some customers tend to cut in line and cause huge delays.

It's the best veterinary facility in Khobar and Dammam The doctors and the staff is very cooperative and caring Specially Dr Salma at Dammam branch last month my cat had perianal fistula which had none other option but surgery and I was so afraid for my cat but she performed the surgery very well and give best treatment and took care my cat like a little baby Thank you Dr Salma and thank you team Oka Veterinary Clinic

I went there maybe 2 years ago to spay my female cats, Dr. Hisham. the cats recovery was good it was a smooth recovery and there were no complications! Elhimdillah. I recommend this clinic.

Excellent clinic Dr Hisham is amazing doctor,very very helpful ,up to date and very educated . All the staff also,very good and willing to help .The secretary 🔝also. Reasonable prices.

I love and prefer dealing with Dr. Hisham, a wonderful doctor. The receptionist wejdan is great. She is based in the clinic organization, is quick and always smiling, and attracts positive energy.

Dr. Hisham is great he did spaying for my cat and she is healthy, she did not get infected nor saw any bad signs, he’s very polite and informative. Had to wait a while tho but other than that no complaints!

Very good service and good rates on pet food and supplies. The rates are high but they are still slightly lower than most vet shops in Dammam. Dr Salma is my favourite vet here.

My cat’s tail, Maggi was badly injured and she was rushed to surgery for amputation. I was so glad the reception was very friendly. I didn’t have to wait for long to see the vet and the assistance who helped with Maggi was so professional and gentle. Thank you Oka Vet for the wonderful service. I would have given 5 star except it was a bit crowded. Quite dangerous during these Covid times. But I guess people really like to come there, that’s why. Wishing lots of success for all the doctors, helpers and receptionist at this wonderful vet! 🥰

All the staff is great There’s a lot of food and treats options for cats and dogs They’re opening all day long which is good My rocky is a regular patient there
