Very good service. Bought 3 bikes in a year from this store and every time I am pleased with their customer service. They even delivered 2 of my bikes 🚲🚲to Jubail for free and attached the baby carrier seat 💺 to the bike at the service center and sending progress pictures before delivery! Amazing service!!! The wheels bike shop has two outlets: 1. Dammam' outlet' guy was entertative, quite helpful and friendly who was more than willing to assist further or show around on offers available in shop. The trek roadbike in the picture attached was at the Damman outlet. 2. Whereas the Khobar' outlet' pinoy guy was a kind of less helpful, doesn't give attention to customers' presence, a bit arrogant indeed, even yelled at customers who touched the pricey bikes just to have a feeling what' the bikes like instead of choosing to professionally react to it. I am sorry, I will never step foot on this outlet again for such business conduct! You and the outlet will not have my business dude!
