👍This is a large store near the Dammam corniche. The store layout is beautifully arranged, with numerous goods from various brands strategically displayed. 👍I noticed several different brands of laptops on display, which was useful for going through the information about each product and getting a hands-on experience with it. 👍The store's workers provided excellent and competent service. 👍There were several brand selections accessible, particularly in the computers, mobile phones, and display devices segment. 👍The store accepts both the card and cash payments. The store entrance supports wheelchair accessibility and I saw few wheelchair accessible parking spots near this store ♿👍🏻.

Jarir bookstore branch at dammam ksa (neqr seiko).. price getting high but products are good and quality ..but some of the sale representative here are very rude especially with expatriate (foreigners). Highly condemned. Me and my friends experienced the same worst experience with the sale representatives attitude issue. They are working to serve not to being rude with customers. Hope jarir bookstore management take necessary action on it.

I never had an issue with JARIR costumer service what so ever (online or any branch) . But this time I had the worst costumer service experience with the employee “رعد” who have shown the most unprofessional way of costumer service. Literally I have though the JARIR culture have changed but it seems like they had the wrong guy in this place. Seeing earlier reviews showed similar comments related to costumer service in this branch which means there is an issue and JARIR should think again who they are hiring for their costumer service as it’s the heart of their reputation. Im sending an email & complain for my issue. But this is just to show everyone who visit this branch what are the issues there.

A small branch unlike the ones in Riyadh when it comes to size and gadgets. They have a few card games fun to play with in groups and that’s what mainly took me there.

Very disappointed with the my recent experience. I was looking for a top quality gaming headset and the salesman recommended the Hyperx cloud alpha wireless headset. I was a bit hesitant because I wasn't familiar with the brand and it was very expensive. The salesman said he had one and that the hyper x cloud alpha wireless headset is currently the best on the market so I bought one. I've have had non stop problems with the headset. It makes a popping and crackling sound and the overall sound quality is not good at all. I googled the problem and it seems to be a manufacturer defect. It's clear that the salesman lied to secure the sale and in fact has no knowledge of the product he is selling. This ruins the costumers overall experience and chances of repeat bussiness.

Jarir bookstore on of the leading provider seller of books, electronics. But you cannot pay in cash by usd. This is a minus.

The worst sevice ever! .. They cancelled one of my order's items and changed the shipment number twice!!! .. Obviously staff play with online orders to satisfy their friends and customers at store then send a sorry message! .. They never reply back on twitter nor on eMail messages!! An experience that I will never do again with Jarir. Buying from any other store is much easier than their dishonest online business. 👎

I am very dissatisfied with the after-sales service from Jarir, I asked to replace the Apple earphone during warranty period, they said either you clean the earphone yourself so that it looks like new or we can not submit a request for you? After an argument that lasted more than 15 minutes and I did clean the headphones they agreed to file a request, which takes from 5 to 14 working days 👎🏼

JARIR BOOKSTORE might be the worst place to fix your electronic devices in I went to jarir to fix my laptop because the hard drive wasn't working properly, and the screen case (the Bezel) was slightly tear open, so I go there and give them the laptop and told them what's wrong then charged me 215 ryial I think it's for the service check up and maintenance so I pay them then I go back home, two weeks has passed I get a massage from jarir it said they want ANOTHER 635 ryial to proceed with the fix it doesn't told what's the 635 for just that I need to pay so I put all my faith and trust to them(big mistake) and I pay ,four weeks has passed by and finally I get notification that my laptop has been fixed and ready for pickup so I drove their and take my laptop with no papers or anything then I go back home and am surprised to see the problem with the hard drive still present which is the main reason I wanted to fix my laptop in the first place, so the next day I go back there and I call for the manager and I told him the problem with the hard drive is not fixed he said the technicians saw nothing wrong with it but clearly something was wrong with it when I show him he start to become defensive and unbearable, when I asked him what was the 635 for he said we changed the screen but nothing is wrong with the screen till this day I still have no idea what they did do and he's only excuse is "you should've called", they said there gone take it again with out the cost of the service check up and see if something is wrong with hard drive it might not cost that much, which was another waste of time I waited for 2 weeks they send a massage they want me to pay another 525 ryial I said no then I wait for another 2 weeks and take my unfixed laptop.... so yeah. My advice for you is not to fix your broken device in jarir especially if is out of warranty your gonna waste your money and time. 2 and half months and 850 ryial all for nothing.

I Believe one of the few stores in Saudi Arabia with professional customer service and believes that customers come first. It's a service with a smile kind of book store. I love it.

Large branch with wide variety of products. The problem is the absoluteley awful sales representative who are given clear orders to PESTER ALL NON-SAUDIS PRESENT IN THE STORE. They tell you the product is not available, even if it is there beside them. They have no clue what is on the shelf, nor have any intent to help, just to annoy you wherever you go. Until you leave the shop. Will not repeat this experience ever again, I will go to 'Extra' for any electronics needs, much much better reception and sales representative, and will buy my stationary elsewhere.
