A normal hypermarket mainly for Asian or Indian customers . It's good shopping point for routine weekend purchase of vegetables and groceries but the cosmetics,dress and electronic gadgets are of low quality. Though they have a dedicated parking lot, it will be cluttered and inadequate for the customers, especially during the weekends

A good place to shop basic groceries with economical prices. You can shop almost every items from there from kitchen to garden but with medium level quality and variety.

It is a great hyper market with variety of items and also had a lot of Eid al Adha offers going on . The hyper market has 2 floors Ground floor containing all food items and different bath. ( Fruits and vegetables, meat items, Pastries, snacks, body wash and clean products, dairy products etc.) The top floor had clothes and bags and accessories and electronics. ( Men,kids and womens cloth collection , electronic items and utensils etc.

The management must give good training to customer service people how to handle the customer. Some of your customer service staffs not for your business. Maybe they get something from your competitors.

Some of the sales persons' attitude is worst. They are not ready to talk or reply to the customer's questions. Simply they are saying it is out of stock or it is not available. Especially in garments / shoe section.

Good collection of items. The fresh vegetables are fresh and economical. Over all we get all we need at a place, all the items are good, and it doesn't make a hole in in purse to shop here.

I was sitting in the parking lot in my car, I saw a man park his car and he went in. Then comes a lady with her two daughters and she made them do the call of nature right next to this poor man's car. The road was literally flooded with urine. I'm so so upset. I think the helpers they have hired to take care for the parking should do their duty well and keep an eye. And a big shame on such men or women who do such act openly with out thinking about the hassle they will cause to other people.

According to me, Grand Hypermarket is a good place to shop for South Indian products. They have a wide selection of items at reasonable prices. The evening snacks counter is my favorite; however, during Ramadan, there is a long line in front of the snacks bar.

It's a normal super market with good offers. I usually go there to get Pakistani Mutton and Pakistani Beef on offer. Rest the staff is friendly the till counter is very fast.
