Never answers phone calls. Service in showroom is less than adequate

No phone number and no one answer if you call too, you have have to go physically to the showroom.

Nice and clean place, friendly staff, parking is available, delivery an installation schedules are met, different kinds of LG products, however sometimes the A/C installation is given to sub-contracts. Additionally they don’t explain to the customer in the shop details about installation and the extra charge they take after installation.

LG official store in Dammam, have everything LG from electric to electronic. Place is very clean, well organized, conditioned. Sales reps are very professional and helpful. Parking area in fron of the store is available. Store is large and spacious, prices are just like the other unofficial stores in the market. Recommended for LG products purchase & naintenance.
