I had a very bad customer service from this company. I bought LG washing machine on sales and it has a default, from the early use of this machine it was making problems and they came to fix them more than 5 times. And I'm still stuggling with it till now, it's not washing well. I reported these issues to their customer service and I know that I had the right to replace it but they didn't show any interest. I will not buy any LG product again and I will not recommend for anyone to buy any LG product.

Friendly and Accommodating Sales Rep (Ali Ramadan), really explained the product well, end up buying a new LG direct drive 9/6 Inverter Washing Machine w/ dryer.

1- LG TV was handed over to them more than one month ago. And they said they will call me to explain the issue. 2- After 2 weeks waiting, I’ve called the toll free, raised a complaint. They promised to contact me. Nothing yet. 3- 1 week later I sent my driver to go and get the screen back, the receptionist sent him out telling him come tomorrow. 4- After Eid holidays I sent the driver again, they said the cost of the screen repair is 3800 SAR, which is a cost of brand new one. 5- I told them give us the screen along with the issue report, then they started ignoring us. After a while we surprise that the screen is missing !! Behavior of staff is annoying.
