    Horrible experience, trust me Juffali is not worth it. Explore other luxury dealers with better staff or other Mercedes dealers in Bahrain and UAE. Unwelcoming staff, as soon as I Set foot into the showroom they informed me of no cars for show and a long waiting list. Staff refused to answer my questions about the car unless I tell them my budget. The sales guy apologized from providing me service since “cheapest car they had was at least 255K” and will arrive by 2023. Do better Juffali, pity.

    I would give less than one star if app would allow. Worst Mercedes-Benz dealer in the world. In fact, compared to any dealer they are the worst car dealer ever. Prices are much higher than any dealer in the world, and I compared same car with a dealer in California. Their service is bad, and their charges are very high. The maintenance workshop has no care for customers priorities or time. They don't fix the problems in one visit. They make appointments and keep the cars in their queues for days before starting work on it. Their appointment system is useless. What takes other dealer one hour work, Juffali takes two to three days. Juffali Dealership gives Mercedes-Benz a bad reputation. I have dealt with Juffali 22 years ago, and now bought a S Class and their service was bad then, and became worse now. I have sent messages to Mercedes-Benz, but they referred me back to Juffali's own customer service. I hope Mercedes-Benz open another MB dealer in Dammam to create a fair competition, and improve the service. I know many friends and relatives who switched to another luxury cars (like BMW, Audi, Porsche and Lexus to avoid dealing with Juffali.

    MB makes fine cars, no questions here. I was unpleasantly surprised by receptionist's request to give my name and phone number to enter the show room. There was no price tag on the cars and no one readily available to ask questions. Had to wander around asking for help. Receptionist handed a card with website where I could view details of the cars. Website didn't open.

    Extremely POOR customer experience! I Would prefer to buy from Haraj rather than going to the showroom where these unprofessional sales don’t understand how to sell luxury cars!

    This is the service section. Showroom was fine. Overpriced, rude, unreliable. Bring in your car with one problem, it'll come out with at least one more problem. Of course they'll tell you they do don't do anything. Inept--mounted a shark fin antenna backwards and left globs of paint. Service representative didn't even come out to go over what work was done after they did a huge job. He just handed me the receipt and said the keys are in car.

    Staff does not meet the service that is expected from such company. The greeting was very unprofessional for someone who's coming to buy such a car. A worker even laughed when I asked a question. You would expect workers for Mercedes benz to be more professional. Very disappointed

    Cool cars but the dealer is. It giving good discount if you want to buy a new car. The spare parts are expensive too. I hope they will reconsider their prices again.

    This place is horribly mismanaged, sales people are extremely unqualified, and half the cars there were locked, and you had to find a sales person to ask them to open it for you, no thanks, I'll pass. Seriously, if you're considering buying a new Mercedes, this is NOT the place where you should. Don't even bother visiting, don't waste your time.
