Staff are helpful, but not knowledgeable regarding technical items available in the store. You will half to educate them on new technology and hope they can understand what your looking for (even when it's listed online). Staff are unaware of products the store carries. Usually you will have to explain to 3-4 sales staff what you are looking for: how it works, the function and still they will not be able to assist. I was very disappointed and frustrated by the amount of time it took to be informed the specific item was not available. The staff also could not be bothered to follow the instructions listed on the alternative item for set up. Simply plugging wires together does not always work. They refused to follow the setup instructions so obviously the alternative item did not work. The store layout is also annoying dividing items by brand instead of category/purpose. The same approach in every store. Having items spread across different departments instead of grouped together by function makes no sense.

Very bad experience while trying to exchange my mobile, I went there and almost bought 2 iPhones, however after agreeing on the price of my mobiles another person comes and wants to deduct more of the price, I waited around 2 hours and I was still delayed. So. Finally I decided to leave without the 2 iPhones.( Jarir lost around 7000SAR, and I lost my protection over my iPhones which they didn’t even apologize for that nor apologize for the time wasted ) I would I advise Jarir to prepare and teach their employees professionalism, instead of wasting the time of the costumers.

I enjoy spending time at Jarir branches especially at the elections and computers sections .. In addition to the books section which includes books in multi languages .. rounding there is healthy 😁

It is not just a bookstore, you can find smart phones, computers, printers, tablets, and laptops with their accessories. Besides the variety of books with different topics like history, mystery, cooking, photography, learning languages...etc moreover, school supplies, backpacks and lunch bags. The customer service and workers are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the prices, it is higher than other places, like some times they charge you 200-1000﷼ more than other stores!!

I got bad experience and I didn’t purchase the mobile due to this reason , the salesman behaved me very badly , his name is (sorry)he was stand in (sorry)mobile section, advise to him to deal customer with good relationship

I was there my product was ready i had paid it online but they refused to give it to me because i dont have otp number and this is not my fault that i dont have otp number its delayed from your side. But in application of jarir its saying your product is ready for collection. Really disappointing from Jarir. I am your loyal customer if you check my records you will see my purchasing from you.

Declaimer: For customer awarenes and for those customer used to online shopping and collect in the showroom. 20/11/22: Collected my order in the showroom and due to the trust, and most of our family gadgets bought in this prestigious store. I don't even realize to check the watches I bought. Then I was shocked and desmayed when I tried to open the watch; 1 watch is completely sealed and the other completely void the sticker seal. Returned and raise this issue to one of the staff and said It's from the display items and I'm not sure how true his statement or just an alibi of a being salesperson. Attitude is a little bit rude and seems that it was my fault why I returned the product and. One thing I conclude he is not aware of customers right and he don't know that customer is always right. Lesson for all: After receiving the product double check your Items before leaving the store.

The don't accept to return a book after 5 minutes from purchasing. Unpleasant customer service

I have reached them to check my previous iphone which I purchased from Jarir store was partially working and it was drenched in water. After they checked they told it was dead and they will replace with new phone by paying 3300SAR. I confirmed ok with them but when they are giving me the phone was without packed and just closed in front with some paper as a protection. After i reached when i was checking the serial number it saying the coverage was expired after that I realised they have given me the refurbished one. Need help and suggestion on this.

My favorite book store. Up to date with electronics and gaming accessories. Great books collection stratified by age and genres. Staff are helpful and friendly. I’m a regular customer since ever and its always my first destination. App is with good deals, more merchandise to buy and reasonable delivery time.

I would give them only 1 star. We purchased few laptops from this store, for one of them we purchased microsoft office (lifetime). In 6 months, outlook is expired. Now we have to purchase again. When we purchase they say its life time. Now they say we cannot use outlook on this package. When I tried to send email, it seems its rejected. This Jarir doesn’t know the basic of customer satisfaction.

Very bad service, they ignores the customer while he’s asking, time wasting , bad organization , they made us in lines and suddenly they changed the line service. One employee talk to the customers in the one line ! In the other side many employees done nothing .

I was purchased a hp laptop, after 3 days it was not working, when I visit the branch the sales service operation employee, he don't know about the product knowledge & also not good way he was talk with customer, why i don't know, should be talk as a polite, because we are customers, any how when we are meet the Mr. Abdul Aziz, he was guide me & help me what i need. Well honestly speaking, the store has to be supervised. It’s not efficient way for customers to go and look for the employees, while the employees are talking with each other in a different area. The store has everything comparing with other Jarir branches. In addition to that, i rely on google for technological issues since the employees have zero knowledge.

It's a awesome market for gadget & electronic and I Know that I don't have to mention that here. You all already know about jarir it's a known place for Saudi and non Saudi peoples and You can get all what you need very easily and a genuine items for very reasonable price .
