    Quality of products, and beauty of the items worth nothing when poor customer service ruins the whole experience. Avoid this place to buy furniture that needs delivery. One of the worst service I ever had. Prolonged waiting, lack of communication, wrong information. One star for the staff in the showroom, they were polite and tried their best. However, this were not enough to get my purchased item.

    I love West Elm’s furniture, this is my first time shopping from this branch, It was a great experience. I loved that It has a wide selection of furniture and accessories, the staff were nice & welcoming, Reem was very helpful!

    Nice store & good collection, yet overpriced. Very friendly & helpful staff. However, store manager seems in complete ignorance. Busy store with customers & yet he stayed idle and busy with his phone. A store manager is expected to be a hand-by-hand with customers & staff addressing their needs.

    Need more Staff when busy. . They're not able to provide Client Satisfaction specially when their store is busy. . But the items are great!.

    Reem was AMAZING. she helped us design a living room " almajles", she focused on every detail you can think of. She helped us pick a sofa that works for our room size, a rug, tv table, coffee tables and even a collection of throw pillows. I highly recommend visiting west elm in othaim mall and working with Reem. Thank you Reem you are awesome !!

    It was our first time shopping at west elm in othaim mall and we were pleasantly surprised by the great treatment and design advice by reem altayeb. She answered all our inquiries and gave us the best suggestions for our living room space. Truly exceptional service and customer care thank you.

    Never order online. I received a broken item and missing mugs in both order. They refuse to solve the issue and I have called almost 10 different people. Update: they decided a fair refund for the missing 3 items (mugs) out of the 20 set order is 26 SAR per mug. So I have a missing set and 78 riyals refund and it would cost me 215 PER MUG if I order new ones!!! Extremely unprofessional company. They should have just sent me the 3 mugs since they’re available and not sent me the worthless 78 SAR refund

    I am a regular customer of Westelm and bought many items from them but today had a very bad experience with them in Alothaim branch dammam, I ordered some items from them and wanted to exchange them and went to them within three days, but they refused to exchange them saying that only one exchange is allowed and you have made one exchange in our store that day so you can’t exchange now. I am not able to understand as that exchange was on another receipt and I am asking the change of items on another receipt. Whatever’s the case according to my understanding we can exchange or return every item if we want to as it is written in every receipt and no limit is ever mentioned . I think I will not buy again from West elm as I don’t like their attitude.

    I don’t know why you’re letting your employees to call customers about the deals or offers?! It’s actually very annoying to call me while i have work or if i’m in a meeting or even when I’m sleeping sometimes. I hope this issue gets sorted out because i’m not satisfied as a customer nor will i be interested in to buy again. Thank you very much
