Seating is great. Just like a home sofa. Sound was good. Not impressive. It's ok. Pricey. 70 Riyals are a lot. Not a VOX level theatre. But seats are very comfortable. No doubt about it. Saw Ghost busters 2021 movi. House was full. Mostly kids with mom's. Great fun when this theatre located inside one of best shopping arenas. Nakheel Mall surely is a beautiful place. Today on 3-5-2022 I'm again here for sonic the hedgehog 2

The brand is solid and is overall experience watching the movies there is great. Poins of improvement: - the serving speed is very slow when ordering popcorn, I would suggest dedicating a counter for reserving movies or utilizing the self service counters and having an employee supervising and assisting customers. - self service has always been out of order all the time, and needs to be further advertised. - the online reservation is rather unclear and mistakes can accur easily, I would suggest verifying the location before final checkout. - I suggest an option for a lower rate for children who will not utilize an extra chair and will sit with their parents. I would like to commend the supervisor on the site (Nakheel Mall Dammam) who supported us when we had an unfortunate experience reserving our tickets from the online website due to unclear location and no verification before payment, as he was very generous to offer us the option to attend the movie after confirming the number of attendees.

The popcorn is just awesome, the air conditioning is just right, the sound quality was bananas and the seat was really comfortable. As an overall experience I'm proud of this first attempt as a Saudi Entertainment business with this high level of standards. Keep it up guys. Oh and the app is just as awesome. Screen & Sound is good. Food is poor, caramel popcorn isn’t caramel popcorn. Cashier fool me by making me pay for large size and he gave me medium size! unfortunately i didn’t check till I arrived home! This is SO BAD!! And even price is high with low quality food. FOOD needs to improve. PRICES need to get lower. However, VOX is much better prices&food&screen&sound.

Modern looking, many shopping brands available, and many still yet to open. Food stalls, bowling also available Mainly many people visit here only for MUVI's theatres, 7 screens available here. Good parking place available.

Cinema is great, most movies released during the period your will in got book your tickets are likely available. The prices are not that steep coming in at between 55-65 SAR for a standard movie experience. Snacks, food, and drink are very expensive paying almost 20 SAR for a drinks which is very overpriced. The place does provide social distancing by putting some seats out of use, the times are mostly on the later time of the day, but there are a few early screening times. Overall the company MUVI has great cinema’s.

Standard cinema, nothing special even the seats. I prefer AMC, then VOX, then MUVI. But the timing of the movie in MUVI was suitable for me. The food is normal.

Dispite having big screen they have poor sound system and uncomfortable seats.. Wishing i was never chose that hall.. Completely tired 😩

Bad experience when I visited yesterday Employees need more training on how they become more active and serve many customers. At 1:46 am few customers were there at the counters and I spend 20 min to getting my order. I order popcorn mix (salt & caramel) they gave me only caramel and it was crushed.

I had a very bad experience with going into this Cinema, Firstly the movie screen was very low quality and dirty. It was very blurry, secondly the workers there need much more learning in how to be nice, They were very rude.

Clean and spacious. I just don’t know if they are disinfecting the chairs every after use. I watch movies alone so this pandemic pleases me alot hehehe. I hope there will be more variety of movies to come.

Movie cinema is one of the nice places, because I hope to put up a sign or employees to expel those who do not want to remain silent, as if it is the way out, and the place is not nice 😂

Its a well organized cinema, everything was clean and sits are clean too. Food and beverage was great. The movie we watch was great also.

The operators should concentrate on the sound system and volume. We watched the movie with very low volume for the first 15 mins. Other than this, everything is perfect 👍🏻

Nice cinema and can't really fault anything except for one thing. We ordered salt and caramel popcorn and it tasted really strange. So strange that we couldn't continue eating it. It might of been near other flavours and got contaminated.

Poor & slowest food service, you should teach your food provider personal how to serve people quickly.. it’s too miuch to stand on the line for 30 min to have yourself popcorn. I hope you mprove the quality of your work next time.

Great experience. First of all this mall is designed at outmost time with having several business units inside it. Well organised. At least you need 3-4 hours to see all the outlets inside this mall. Muvi cinemas is one of the entertainment place where we can book the available program on a particular date & time. Well enjoyed time here

I took alot of videos , and maps isn't allowing any of my videos , so I could actually show how cool and amazing muvi cinemas was. Ok , let me tell you this place is fantastic , I watched venom that day , and boyyyy was it sooooo phenomenal . I loved every second of it , I enjoyed the premium seats , thanks to my sweet loving sister who got me that seat . I wouldn't have gotten it if it wasn't for her. And I was lucky enough to be in the middle row . As if I get to see the entire place , now . Before you go , get your tawakalna , you book your seats and movies online . I wish it were like the old times where , we go to the counter and get the tickets . Anyways , then you enjoy your movie . I know I'm blabbering the same thing as you all know , but just as a reminder 😋😋

Fully enjoy going to watch movies here. The only downfall is to not book a seat in the top row. It's bolted close to the wall so the seat does not recline. Had to sit in an upright position during one movie. Not comfortable at all.

Visited Muvi theatre at Nakeel mall dammam. It was a great experience with my friends. We watched a tamil movie vikram at screen number 6. Its a medium sized seat capacity theatre. They dont allow any food or drinks outside from theatre. If you need anything you have to purchase from their own cafeteria. It is little bit expensive. Staff are very nice. Overall experience is good.

Good movies listings..but the tickets and the pre movie snaks prices are expensive. Can't complain much...finally we have movie theaters around though right?...I believe as time goes by, services and improvements will take place...but hey 4 stars rating is not bad, is it?
