I bought a coffee machine online, it has missing parts and doesn't work and even though I neglected all of that and went for the branch the employee there was very rude and didn't even listen to me and said come later in a bad tone and clearly said I will not take it eve though I explain the whole situation. In addition, I have been training to call customer service and the head office in riyadh for more than 3 days but no answer I wanted only to tell them that there are some problems happening and they need to at least investigate what happens. For now the machine is at home and really I even don't want to return it back because all of that bad experience and attitude. I used to like SACO but I don't want to deal with a store that don't put the customers as a priority and have to spend days just to run and speak and making calls to find someone to help.

Very good but a bit expensive. Sometimes, you can find the same stuff with cheaper price outside.

If you needed any thing from power tools or hand tools section, ask about Nixon. The guy knows his stuff 👍👏👏👏

Poor & careless customer service. They did not do much or go out of their way to help me retrieve an invoice so that I can benefit from the warranty coverage. Useless manager with no CS skills with no responsibility. They have a computer invoice system that they say they don’t know how to operate. The manger all what he was able to offer was: call the useless customer service phone line that no one picks after waiting on the line for 17 minutes. Very unreliable store to buy from, Never recommended! Poor after sale services, they just don’t care!

ساكو One of the most amazing stores

It’s a n amazing large market space for hardware and furniture as well as a big scale market full of a variety of products you’ll find almost anything for home items or other industrial tools , electronics, garden supplies and equipment etc… it’s really worth paying them a visit $$$.

Saco is known place but we still need more attention from the staff

First time to this store or any SACO store for that matter. It was brilliant. They had a UP TO 50% sale and "up to" sale board usually just gets my gut. I loved every minute of my 90 minutes in the store and I will be back. just one BIG PITY, you have an amazing gardening section and no real plants. There is no refund if you return the purchased item.. Whether you like it or not, you have to buy something .. Customer service center is very very bad

A great branch of SACO in Dammam located inside West Avenue Mall. It's spacious, clean, and the staff were very helpful.

Well known store of multi purposes items Infact a nice store but!!! As a big store you need a guiding person as well a sort of expertise advice since I was looking for remote holder as you can guess is a simple request unfortunately the phlipino guy there was unhelpful rather he disappointed me Such a thing can make you loose interest and simply leave the store
