    Very bad delivery Even if you already make an order a week before. It is still late. Always late 3 days on delivery. You need to call CS just to delivered your order, not once but twice or thrice. The CS keep saying it will come, but in the end its never coming. Very contrast to another company. My advice is order from others like oska and nova Not even worth 1 star

    Services doesn't deserve 1 star even U place the order before 2 weeks and they don't deliver. they refuse to be paid by card Salesman very unprofessional and he refuse to deliver 5 gallons claming that minimum order 10 gallons. U feel that you are working with small shop not company. I recommend you look another company

    I've been using it for a long time in riyadh excellent performance.. but here in Dammam really it's very poor delivery performance... It's been 5 days aga my order they didn't deliver.😀

    Extremely terrible service. customer care is even worse. the reps in customer care will simply cut your call and refuse to speak if you speak in English. They only want Arabic speaking customers. They won't help but will tell you that they cannot speak English in Freaking English! if you cancel an transaction then your refund won't come unless you bombard them atleast 50 times with calls. I am regretting taking up their pathetic service. Please Avoid at all costs.

    The lady on customer support is simply pathetic. When you call there helpline and there is an option for english, but there is a lady on the operater end of there helpline who cant understand a single word of english and hangs the call when u ask her politely if she can speak english. What a pathetic helpline. It should be called a patheticline instead of helpline, as it helps in no way. And on the website i cant reorder the refill as it says free delivery on minimum 10 5g bottles. 10 5g bottles!!!! Am i opening a water supply agency? I am ready to pay delivery charges but the system doesnt complete my order for 5 5g bottles. Now i dont know who to ask for help, as i already told the helpline is of no help.

    The worst experience of buying through application from Tania Water... They put me waiting for 2 days and every time on my calls, either the delivery boy showed no response or if responded, made lame excuses... They just waste the time... I will never suggest anyone to buy through Tania Water app at all.

    Very bad service. Placed order 4 days back still didnt recieve.. Complaint 3 times and they said that i will recieved call from supervisor. But no body called or delivery done till now.

    WORST SERVICE-WILL NEVER USE TANIA AGAIN I ordered the 8 water bottles on Wednesday and delivery was scheduled for Thursday night, the delivery was postponed to Friday night and till Saturday night I have not received the water. Surprisingly, I got an update the water has been delivered even without delivering the water, later a calling asking to confirm the delivery. Its all a fraud!!! Now i read the reviews and now I know TANIA provides the worst service. WILL NEVER USE TANIA AGAIN. DO NOT USE TANIA, if u want delivery on time.

    One of your Sales man is not good.We called him for water but he does not come on same day even if he ask i will come after lunch but does not come.Name of sale man is Naseem Indian. Tania is such a good brand but hr is not following his boss directions.many times we put forward complaint against him but there is no action or improvement. Is this policy of Tania.Let me see after this complain is there any change or still same.otherwise we will change company. thanka

    Taniya gallons water (big water 18 liter ) Very Poor service sales man in not a responsible person always take two days three days for water supply Here the salesman number kindly look into this +966 54 536 1813 Take a necessary action against One of your Sales man is not good.We called him for water but he does not come on same day even if he ask i will come after lunch but does not come.
