Worst customer services in this store. Why do you have staff if they cannot help customers. I Wait more than Half an hour and i didn't get any proper answer from any one. Then i go to Faisalya Store and get Better customer Service. Suggestion: buy your electronics from lulu carrefour or jarir. Extra Kaleej Store is useless.

Worst branch of Extra! Never buy Air-conditioner from here.. Too many hidden charges. You pay 300 riyal extra! You’ll only know after fix

You can lot of offers online. However once you enter in the store,there is nothing of such sort. I could see LED TVs,lot of them in offers. However once I go in the store,it says out of stock?? Generally the offers are valid until stocks lasts. How Extra is marketing it's offers for such stuff which it cannot have a stocks for?? It should remove the advertisement online as soon as it's out of stock.

I was bought some items in this shop and but i was upset some of the staff in counter department when they saw they always laughed just im look like funny person, not because of my style and my gender identity they act in-front of and non stop laughing and make me insulting my personality and they never look back what they act being rude to the costumers. Anyway im still thank-full to those staff in sales department because the assist me very well.. but i hate act of the staff in counter section where I suppose to pay bill.. i feel insulted because of their behavior.

This store has a lot to offer especially for entertainment and household equipment. Also they have enough friendly staff to assist you for all your needs. I'm not sure about the customer service approach of these outlets. The best time to visit here is during weekdays and i'm sure you will be happy to be attended by their assigned staff.

Good shopping mall. ALL Electronics items available here including computers and home kitchens appliances. Good staff there.

Worst experience I brought 2 split acs for 8000 riyal from extra not even 1 year before but installation was done totally wrong techniciqn installed old copper pipe & took 1000 riyal from me as charges for new piping total looting my both acs stopped doing cooling there is no customer support from extra after sales for the warranty my advise don't buy any product from extra particularly acs they have pathetic after sales service

If you buy a product and return it immediately with no harm at all, they will charge you for 30% of the original price even if the product wasn't touched, what a horrible policy,, Once ,I purchased a damaged product and when I returned it to them I told them "it was used not new",the employees accused me of damaging the product,,how the heck should I know if the product is new or used since it is sealed in a box??, and why would I buy something while knowing that I can't return it, if I can't even open it at home and check it ?? So go pay full price for something that is broken and keep it cause it's your fault and bad luck!! What sense is this !! insane isn't it?!

In terms of electronic devices you'll find them in Extra but the down sides are the services specially TASHEEL Finance I wanted to buy a phone in installments but the employee was too slow he told me that a part of the process would take time and he'll contact me when it's done but he didn't and I went there for 3 days just for them to ask me for more paperwork even the employee told me that he got his phone off of STC, sometimes Extra would have system failures

Extra is a technology and home appliances shop in Middle East. Variety of products are quite enough. However, despite my colleague sended me some products from store, they couldn't find them from another branch. I tried to find the similar products from Extra web page but, it didn't worked and I couldn't buy... Staff needed to be trained or product codes reorganized...

everything is overpriced compared to online stores. Only go there if you want to see the product in person.

Extra is home of electronics in KSA.usuallly have offers & monthly installment payment terms also availible. Wheel access & good parking area availible.location is on the main road of corniche OSN agent also availible for satellite TV service .After purchase & payment make sure to have ur invoice stamped from agent on exit which they ask to show at the time of replacement.

A great place for all the electronics shopping need. However, during sale period mostnof the variety is missing at store as compared to website. Parking space available in front of store.
