They have a good collection of toys for girls and boys. We buy small car from here. They don't have any offers and customer service is not good enough. They will show you if you ask them something. They will not make any efforts from their side to sell you or show interest in you. It looks like if you buy it's fine and if you don't buy. That's also fine. If they show some interest in their customers, I believe they can make good sales. I think staff need more training on how to deal with customers and provide good customer service. .

the place is good and has huge variety. but the staff is pathetic. if you want to ask something, then they will tell you half-heartedly. otherwise they dont even bother. they dnt have any interest in sales.

Very very bad experience did shopping for multiple toys and found one toy broken and was not able to return and the staff of this particular branch is so arrongant by name Rabindra yadav . Kindly check your toys there when you buy as they customer service is so poor and they will straight forward tell you liar

One of the oldest toy stores in the Eastern province. The place hasn't been in the business that long unless they were good. A friendly staff, even if they are not knowledgeable. The variety is there, and they have brand names as well. A lot of branches for the place, but this one has a huge parking area. The A/C last time I visited wasn't cooling enough for the mid-summer heat. So it was not a very pleasant experience.

They always close before their timing and they open late too

The stuff is old and dusty.. Its not like before.. Now the variety of new collection are no more.. same old toys.. very few new ones. Still my daughters live this place

Limited variety of toys. Staff needs to be trained. Overall its ok. Staff is rude these days, I don't know if its Corona Or if they feel so proud that they have a job.
