LuLu supermarket always supporting the customers with good promotion and deals and engaging them with different activities, like today celebrating the great victory of KSA football match against Argentina . They distributed a big Celebration Cake among the customers with very professional way, and engaged them with football activity on free space. In addition big space for parking and good place for shopping 🛍️.

National day prgm was really good... and enjoyed a lot ...

The mall is amazing but last time we purchase nuts it was with worms and the managers over their did not give us proper response. I will visit Lulu for Cinepolis but not for shopping. Very very disappointed.

Surprisingly, average prices are higher. Many friends not preferring LuLu now. Management, this is serious for business.

Cashier behaviour was rude and refused to put the stuff in the shopping bags. Bagger was not available.

Lulu as usual bit expensive..Compare to price of product quality is not that much high.. All the offer in Clothing section , So Called Half pay back are misleading.. Because i purchased for 348 Sar and i got one coupon of 100 sar.. I considered that they will take 248 sar from me and 100 riyal redeem from coupon..but they cheated me and gave 100 riyal coupon by saying that this billing cant gt dicount ..you have purcahse another item from 100 sar coupon. And i didnt find any good option of clothing in 100 .and i ended up in getting a mere low quality shirt in 99 sar.. I asked the guy that i would get 2 coupon if i purchased 60 sar more .. i asked him to cancel my first billing he said long procedure to do so ..so I decided against it.. overall bad experience will never comes under trap of half pay back.. as in reality its a marketing technique.. by selling low price items in high price approx 50 t0 60 percentage and later give coupon in name of half pay back.. total waste avoid this silly marketing tricks.

Overall requirement items are available.

Location is perfect. Lot of parking in basement and in the perimeter. Spaciois. Max is in the same building. Muvi cenima is also inside.

Best, Fresh and Quality seafood is the highlight here in this brand shop. Watch for seasonal discount and offers for one among the best prices in seasons. Pleasing ambience, kind and attentive support staff adds value for shopping vibes. Nice place to hangover for a few hours too. Don't miss this brand as most of done.

Lulu is Lulu. Same stores, same variety. I like the place. A suggestion: Please hire bilingual staff with willingness to treat customers politely. Otherwise, self check-out counters should be installed. Cash counter staff is useless. It is a common problem at many stores.

Everything is good here..for people from different countries, they can get their own food and groceries in here.

Good experience. But unfortunately not fully discovered this mall yet. Btw for groceries and households its the best hub in the area.

This hypermarket has plenty of options to choose from like any other Lulu hypermarket. Though prices are slightly inflated from what's there at Riyadh or jeddah but that may be because of the difference in the city. Cold storage area also has plenty of options as in fish, chicken, beef, mutton etc including sea other food options. I believe the bakery section needs little more emphasis as to the varieties to keep there. Overall a good option to do grocery shopping.
