I have a Baume Mercier perpetual calendar watch. One of the hands fell off, was quoted $80. Got my watch back, the hand was put back but they broke my moonphase dial, and blamed me for adjusting watch between 10pm to 2am. I am well aware not to adjust complications around those hours. Ok, wanted another $180, I was dumb to go for it. Another week went by. The end results: moon phase function didn't get fixed, month changes on the 21st of each month, day hand stopped working!! Unbelievable, what was the "watchsmith" thinking? Couldn't he check his work? All in all, don't go there for anything more than changing batteries. Bad experience! I spent $260, ended up with a fully damaged watch.

This place is a rip-off! When we took our pricey Omega for battery replacement a week ago, dude at the counter happily replaced the battery and charged us an unusually high price of around $70. Days later watch still didn’t work. Took it back today and Mr Jeff said “no refund, your watch broke!” We then asked if it’s broke why would you replace the battery knowing so? He gave a shrug and said “it’s broke!” “No refund!” Wow! Great customer service. People at this business knowing a watch is broken will happily take an insane amount of money to replace a battery for you knowing it won’t work! Mr Jeff, hope you enjoy our $70 knowing you will lose an exponential amount more in future sales, but I presume business 101 or customer service 101 is not your forte!

Stopped by to change my watch battery, david was helping out me and i told him i am in hurry so he did it in less than 10 mins. The way he explained the difference between 1 year warranty and 5 year warranty was amazing. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful that I stopped by Fast Fix jewelry in Arcadia Mall. Very professional people to work with. I had taken my watch many places before but they were never able to fix it. They took a look at the watch and promised to do their best to fix it but they did not make any promise. I have been wearing the watch for over 2 months with no problem and works great. Very rare nowadays to find people who really care about their clients once again I appreciate what you have done I will definitely stop by for future purchases and repairs.

I went in there on and David helped me out. He was quick and honest. I brought two watches and I had no idea that my second watch was under warranty until he fixed and gave it back to me for free. Highly recommended.
