Got harassed by officer R. Grimes. He tried to falsely incriminate me by lying about me having an illegal set up on my car and driving under the influence. This was false! Both officers lied saying I was under the influence when I had not had a drop of alcohol for a whole week. He never performed any alcohol sobriety tests. Secondly, they were lying about having illegal car parts. The car is the same as it came out of the dealership. All the parts are 100% stock. These officers made me feel like my life was in danger. Unsafe in my own home town. These arent the officers that we respect and want patrolling our streets. At the end of the stop they cited me with minor infractions not even for "illegal car parts or driving under the influence" They tried lying so hard to get something out of me. R. Grimes is nothing but GRIMEY. He is rude, unprofessional and uneducated. Lastly, I drive in these streets everdya and he said if he sees me around or this car he will impound it and take me to jail? for what? For driving down the street of my own home town. R. Grimes is a horrible officer.

Customer service poor. They don’t know how to communicate to people. If your having a bad day let someone else speak on the phone. No need to get upset if a customer had a question about his car.

I work M-F 8:am to 5:30pm. I had a fix it ticket that I needed to get written off. I had no way of achieving this because of my work hours. I called several Offices and found out that this one was the only one Open on Saturdays for Ticket write offs in my area. The Officers here were very friendly and courteous. With all the budget cuts is nice to know that the Watch Commander here was kind enough to open his doors to help people like me. Officer Garcia is who helped me and he can help you if you you find yourself in my position. They are only open until 12pm on Saturdays...It's worth the drive to avoid the Fines that could be charged if you wait too long. Also it was a no charge write off except for the processing fee from the court. Thanks Santa Fe C.H.P. you guys are doing a wonderful job for our Community. Keep up the good work!!!

Made an appointment for car seat inspection 2 weeks prior and front desk personnel said there was no appointment for us. I specifically made an appointment and someone did not book us although they confirmed on the phone.. Disappointed with customer service.

To the chp officer who stopped me the night of the storm to shout at me for taking the telegraph exit when you didn’t properly close off the exit and told me to learn basic drivers ed. Learn how to properly close off an exit, there were no flares at the entrance of the exit only on the side of the road. Why don’t you learn the basics of how to properly close off an exit instead of shouting at people for your own mistakes. What a miserable, low class, adrenaline junkie.

Inspector Pedia is always in a bad mode. Came for Vin number verification, provided all paper work and than he told me there was a problem with my airbag when I showed him that DMV and dealer said airbag was ok. Made me wait for minimum one hour each time I went here. Still not done even though all paper work is completed The appointment takes 20+ days

I talked to someone who is so rude! She wasn't even helpful with my concern.

Went here for an infant car seat inspection and Zach Salazar was fantastic. Very informative, charismatic and a great sense of humor. Made my wife and I feel super comfortable with our car seat and addressed any and all questions we had.

Got a fix it ticket and the officer at the front desk was incredibly polite, respectful, quick, and efficient. Better than the service I get in LA.

Called the highway patrol in Torrance and the lady who answered was rude! Called this office abs the lady who answered was very respectful and courteous. I stated i had a question and she transferred me immediately. I spoke with officer Schnabel, and he was very courteous, nice and provided great customer service! I will try to always deal with them even so that they are 3 miles father than the Torrance office.

Got arrested by CHP back in 2017. Super polite officers and even let me ride shotgun! 10/10
