I
used
to
go
here
often
and
will
never
go
back
after
my
experience
today.
I
even
continued
going
here
after
both
my
husband
and
mom
received
fungus
in
their
nails
from
this
place
a
couple
of
years
ago....
they
went
within
a
day
of
each
other
and
both
had
a
horrible
experience.
Today,
I
went
in
for
a
basic
pedicure
and
received
the
worst
one
of
my
life.
They
didn't
have
the
color
I
wanted,
and
after
explaining
it
about
10
different
times
to
3
different
employees
I
settled
on
something
I
didn't
really
want
(my
fault).
The
lady
doing
my
pedicure
couldn't
speak
english
so
it
was
impossible
to
communicate
with
her.
She
cut
me
to
the
point
of
bleeding
when
she
was
trimming
my
cuticles
and
just
kept
wiping
the
blood
away.
And
her
polish
job
was
so
terrible
that
she
kept
removing
it
and
starting
over
3
times!!!
And
she
kept
trying
to
fix
everything
while
my
flip
flops
were
on
and
was
spilling
nail
polish
remover
all
over
my
tan
leather
shoes,
which
I'm
hoping
won't
stain.
Then
the
owner
came
over
to
"fix"
the
problem
by
dabbing
some
Neosporin
on
the
cut
and,
per
my
request,
removed
my
polish
and
I
left
with
zero
polish
on
my
toes.
I
paid
full
price
as
well.
The
owner
checked
me
out
and
there
was
NO
apology
for
the
terrible
service
which
she
witnessed
because
she
was
reprimanding
her
employee
right
in
front
of
me,
no
offer
to
reduce
the
fee,
etc.
She
actually
didn't
even
know
the
services
I
received
and
was
going
to
charge
me
less
than
what
I
actually
had
done
until
I
corrected
her.
She
is
a
terrible
business
person
who
doesn't
know
what
customer
service
is.
She
lost
a
long
time
client
and
I
highly
recommend
everyone
go
elsewhere.
UPDATE:
4
days
later
and
my
toe
that
was
cut
by
the
employee
during
my
awful
pedicure
is
sore
and
infected.
