I had a wonderful experience working with Taylor Custom Rings for my engagement ring and wedding band. Not a lot of places have great options already available in white gold! My designer, Josie, was very communicative and always had things done even more quickly than promised. Being able to see a full 3D rendering of the rings before committing the full cost was so useful. I love their commitment to lab gems and the surprisingly reasonable cost for custom jewelry. I did think the wedding band was slightly overpriced but it was worth it for the experience, the renderings, and having it perfectly match - the total cost also still came out to well under the official value of the rings. The whole team kept in touch by email throughout the process so I always knew what was up. The shipping was one-day FedEx with a signature required which was perfect and very safe.

Taylor Custom Rings came highly recommended by a friend and I totally agree. I would definitely go with Taylor custom rings for any unique, beautiful rings. My husband designed my engagement ring 11 years ago without any plans to ever add on to it. He surprised me for our 10 year anniversary with a budget to design my own wedding band. I looked up so many pictures on Pinterest but couldn’t find anything that I thought would be able to fit with my engagement band, as it is quite a thick band. I dad dreams of a two toned set (white gold and yellow gold), while being sturdy enough to survive life with 5 little kids, but also delicate enough to look feminine. Josie was responsive, friendly, easy to get a hold of, and she brought my ideas to life by combining three different ring ideas I’d sent her from my Pinterest. Somehow, she made it look like my ring was always meant to be part of a set, never rushing me. She, Amanda, and Jerry were amazing to work with and I truly appreciate the craftsmanship and customer service!

Hands-down the best experience and impressive customer service when ring shopping. I worked with Allie for a month to create my dream ring. Not only was she flexible, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable but she was able to meet my vision and solved for my concerns in all of the best ways! The custom design process was really approachable and I was confident that we would create some thing beautiful together. My partner and I loved that Taylor custom rings only works with lab grown diamonds and gemstones which are mind free, sustainable, and ethical. In addition to that, we were able to get more bang for our buck and increase my carat size as a result! The best part is if you’re in a rush, it only takes 3 to 4 weeks after the design has been approved for them to ship you your ring! Honestly after having worked with two other vendors for three months and not getting anywhere with them — to then jumping ship with Taylor custom rings, it was the best decision we made. This was the best experience I could have imagined when re-designing my dream engagement ring. I always thought that customized rings would be more expensive than pre-designed ones that can be bought from shops, but I was wrong. The costs are comparable, except we are able to design the ring to our exact liking. Allie responded to my initial inquiry in less than 24 hours and was always detailed about everything. I can't really complain about the communication from then on re: the design and shipping process as they were very responsive with each of my emails. Allie was extremely patient and receptive to my requests and changes to the ring. She also advised what she and their amazing goldsmith would recommend when I was deciding between 2 features of my ring. The digital rendering is very realistic, which only made me more excited during the process. My ring arrived sooner than I expected. From the day I sent my inquiry to the day I received the ring took 8 weeks, which (I think) is incredible! It's even more stunning in person. I did get an internal inscription, but I think I could have done without it, as it is quite small and can hardly be read. I did also notice a missing side diamond almost immediately after taking the ring out of its box, but the team was very quick to take responsibility to replace the stone, check all other stones, clean and polish the ring. I received my ring back within 10 days! The entire crew at TCR are true professionals. They will work until you are satisfied, so I would highly recommend them if you're shopping around. I was a bit hesitant at first to order from Taylor Custom Rings because I had never heard of them. I don't have any social media, so I hadn't seen their work before finding them on google. I found them by looking online for some where that could customize a specific ring idea I had. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, extremely kind and communicative and easy to work with. I was really impressed with the rendering and how thorough and communicative they were every step of the way. I spoke with Riley, Mind and Maegan throughout the process. The process of creating the ring was faster than I expected and it only took 2 days to get to me through shipping after it was completed! Even though I only communicated with them through email, I felt like I was having a genuine conversation with a person. Nothing felt robotic or scripted which I really appreciated. It definitely made me feel like I could trust them with the process. When I first started considering a custom ring, I thought that I would never be able to afford it, but the cost was more than fair and affordable! I am absolutely IN LOVE with my ring. It is everything I wanted and more. Overall, this was a really great experience. I cannot recommend them enough! If you are considering Taylor Custom Rings, just do it. They are well worth your time and money!
