Mazemen was great - mixing in the poached egg creates a great texture. The addition of the vinegar adds complexity and finishing up with rice sops up all of the flavorful sauce.

The vegan tokyo mazeman was alright, the avocado & brussel sprouts gave it a weird flavor imo. My partner loved his pork one though. Mogu Chicken appetizer was juicy, crisp and delicious

My daughter was very much looking forward to trying the mazeman, the brothless ramen here. Loved it !! We ordered karaage chicken and a few bowls. The deluxe bowl was the best. The vegetarian bowl was awesome. I did not expect the flavor. The rice bowl at the end was perfect to scoop the last bit of flavor from the bowl. Shishito peppers were ok. Good parking nearby. Great ambience and customer service. Pet friendly:)

I love this restaurant! The mazemen here is amazing! I get the Tokyo. The vinegar to change the flavor after you eat half works really well with the original flavor profile. The small cup of rice given at the end of the meal to scoop of the extra sauce is the cherry on top of this excellent meal. I would heavily recommend!!

I went in with all the hype but came out a little disappointed. Their deluxe mazemen was good but nothing mind blowing. To breakdown the flavor, it was almost like asian garlic noodle with creamy texture from the egg with thick noodles. Chicken kaarage was alright too. Parking was limited here. You would need to find street parking. Restaurant is also small, so expect a wait.

We came to Mogu Mogu at the recommendation of a co-worker. Dried ramen she called it. Mazemen is the actual name. And wow! We were impressed and satisfied by every dish we ordered; there were four in total — chicken karaage, agedashi takoyaki, pork belly buns, and deluxe mazemen. Adding this to the list of places to take friends when we can’t decide where to eat!

it's very delicious! This is a Japanese style restaurant focusing on MAZESOBA, kind of a noodle dish. You can imagine like Ramen without soup, but much more fun. I recommend Tokyo style MAZESOBA if you are a beginner of this type of restaurant.

Great authentic Mazesoba! This is pure comfort food for me as a Japanese guy. The taste is on point, the noodles are on point, and they give you a little thing of rice at the end which again is traditionally how it's served in Japan that is called “Oi meshi”, to mix in with the thick soup base that's left at the end just in case you've hadn't had enough carbs lol The price isn't quite cheap, but moderate. I always get the “Oo-mori”, aka extra noodles.
